betDSI - Be careful of CC deposits

Been using betDSi quite a bit did 13 deposits using BTC. Recently did a single deposit using a **. I didn't realize that because of that any further BTC payout I get will be assessed a 10% payout fee.

My fault for not noticing it but in my defense it is not on their deposit screens or their withdrawals screens but on some cashier terms and conditions screen that I had never seen before.

I'll just have to chalk up the $343 in fees they charged as the price to learn to exclusively use BTC and to never use DSI again.

"Players who deposit with credit card and would like to request payouts through bitcoin, will incur a payout fee of 10% of the bitcoin payout amount. In order to qualify for free bitcoin payouts every day, players need to deposits into their BetDSI accounts via bitcoin exclusively."

OK, that makes more sense, thanks for clearing that up. They do have very confusing bonus terms in general. Personaly I always liked DSI, never had issues with bonuses or payouts and they have several different books which I love.

I got a Christmas bonus offer 200% cash at 10x rollover that I took deposited 250 got the 500 in my bonus account. Used the cash and my bonus account is up to 2400. This bonus is under their new rule about 1000 and over bonuses. Should I be okay as far as successfully getting a payout?

A BetDSI manager confirmed that you are not subject to rules regarding bonuses over $1000.

I think the new rule is for accumulated bonuses. So if that $500 put him over 1k total lifetime it would fall under the new rules.

This is not correct.

If your chosen bonus is less then $1000, then there are no new rules for you.



They have been very good at addressing any issues in recent times. I don't think I would have a concern with taking a bonus there now.

Shoud be fine, for whatever the max cashout on that bonus was.

ok thanks I am going to fill out a report. I am still waiting on a response.
Due solely to the fact that when I deposited 500usd, they charged me a 50usd fee leaving me around 450 to bet with, I then checked my checking account and it showed a 530 usd charge to shady place called "topstore online Futian District Shenzh"

If you can't work it out with them you can try submitting an SBR Sportsbook complaint form and see what SBR can find out.

Yeah the payout took a week, because you have to respond to an email with the same BTC address that you used on the payout screen on the website. I didn't know this because they never sent me an email.

I never got an email, and hell yes I looked in my spam folder too. So I had to send THEM an email after it took me 6 days through live chat to find out the email address a week later!
It's so funny because If they had REALLY sent me an email last week, then I would have made about 5% on Btc instead of losing 7% because it took until this week!

yeah... I noticed a fairly large fee on my fiat deposit, I believe it was like 40 bucks or more out of 500usd.

i just made an account with bet dsi.... deposited 500usd and then tried to log in and now says my account has been suppressed? could it be because i just made the account today and they need time to verify me? the deposit was a debit card.

I don't know what "suppressed" means, but I just got paid by them, so they do pay.


However, what I got paid was about 4% less than my balance.


So I guess I paid an "unadvertised fee" of 4% for my payout! LOL



The worst part was that RIGHT during the time that they paid me, (check the btc chart on THUR)



the price of btc dropped about 7% during the 2+ hours it took for the transaction to get done!



So first they shanked me by paying me 4% less, and then btc tanked 7% before I was able to get it out of Btc!



So I got 11% less than I requested!
