    Not trying to sound rude, but I don't understand why anyone would play at a book that's not rated B or above

    Other than those who have never heard of SBR before they run into trouble and do a search for help, I think most others just have a different comfort zone when it comes to books. Many lower rated books offer larger bonuses or weaker lines so that's attractive to some. Others get limited at several books so need to spread out their action in order to get their entire bet down. I don't have the stomach for it personally though. My luck I'd go on the biggest run of my life and then have to stress about getting paid out.
