I have an account with Vivarobet, but i've experienced a big problem for the last 2 days: i can't access to their website anymore! Indeed, everytime i try to access Vivarobet, this message appears on my screen: "No access from your country". It seems that my country has recently decided to prevent its residents to access Vivarobet. I sent emails to Vivarobet explaining them the situation, they understand the pb and are ok to pay me my remaining balance and but won't believe what they told me ! : if i want to be paid, i have to change my IP address and so be able to access Vivarobet website to submit my payout request by myself ! Change my IP address to have a foreign IP address?? I know some can do that, but i'm not good at all at informatic... And why on Earth don't they simply submit the payout request for me ??? I can't access the website, they admit it, so the least they could do should be to sumbit payout request for me, instead of asking me to find a way to change my IP address to access their website and submit payout request by myself ! Have you ever heard such a thing ? I 'll immediately post complaint asking for SBR team to help me !

A couple of things you can try:
1. Which vivarobet are you playing with? .com, .ge or .am? If you are playing with .com then you can also use vbet.com. I think one of the others are related to europe-bet.com but not sure which.


2. Try changing your DNS servers. Use Google's, I think they are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 or something. This is 100% safe.


3. Try accessing the site by entering their IP addresses in your browser instead of the domain name, so http://46.4.88.182 for vivarobet.com


4. I know my mobile phone uses a Polish (or something silly like that) IP address when I use the Opera Mini browser. Not really sure why but I have used it many times and not really had any problems. As a side note, my phone carrier uses an IP from my neighboring country by default because the two companies operate in both countries. Maybe you have something similar? It is worth a try anyway if the phone carrier is not the same company as your current ISP.


5. Buy a VPN service with your own private IP. I would not really recommend this but if you use a reputable, international provider then you could probably trust them just as much as you can trust your ISP.

Thank you very much for your advice Chopsticks. I don't know how to change IP or DNS servers and anyway i don't want to, i consider i don't have to. But i tried, as you suggested, with vbet.com and i could access website. Unfortunately, when i tried to submit my payout request with MB, there was technical issue and imposible so. I spent more than 1 hour on live chat, explaining them my problem, but all they could do for me was to tell me to try later while they would try to see what's the matter with MB. I asked them about 20 times if they could submit the request for me, the 20th time the operator finally told me yes they could, but for now they prefer to make me wait and try later by myself !!! What 's that bookmakers??WHat kind of joke is it?

Glad it worked! I am sure that you will get paid. They have a solid operation and I enjoyed playing there for as long as they would let me. No reason to worry about DNS or any of the other stuff if you can vbet.com. I believe they are phasing out the old vivaro site. Hopefully the new site will not be taken down by your government.

I recently asked to withdraw my 300 euro that i have into my account, i did placed same bets on the site, 4-5 that i rember , i dont know exactly but i think i lost 1 and won 4.

Here is the response from them after i sent my identity card to ask my money.

When i lost 100 on 1 bet its ok , after you win they say you are Nostradamus? of course if i bet to live market i want to see the game on a stream or video from Bet365 or other site and a lot of time a take a risk if i see that one team its pushing or making an fast contraatac, im asking this is against the rules? how can be?

I ask to people who has more experience , what can i do , i had the money there for the last 3 months and i did not asked for withdraw and now i decide to withdraw and they send me this email.

Unless they put stale lines up and can prove that they were stalled and you took advantage of a bad line, there is no way you do not get your money. There review will likely come up with nothing if you did nothing wrong. And if you did nothing wrong, and they still won't pay you file a complaint with SBR and you should get your money. I wouldn't be too worried, they just don't like players like you so they are going to give you a bit of a run-around.
