The only thing im confused about is why take over this book and offer the same exact stuff that your main book has, even bonuses. I have no real reason to even try sportsbetting now?
Well no I do not have actually proof that 100% of the players have not been paid. As a matter of fact I do. Emias21 created a thread here about not being paid. Then turns out he was committing "FRAUD" something of that sort. Sounds ike B.S. to be. So that would mean 100% of the players have not been paid. As for why betonline.ag would take over the new site. Well its very easy.

Turns out this new site has more liquidity then betonline.ag So by merging them, betonline.ag is able to reopen their poker system (which is reopened as of today) and use sportsbettings liquidity in order to pay the customers who haven't been paid since 2 months back. Look at the timing. Poker has been down for over 1 month. All of a sudden 24 hours after taking over the new sportsbook POKER (betonline) IS BACK up and running. Guys if this isn't a ponzi scheme then I don't know what is.

I don't think holding customers funds, claiming to have POKER issues is a good way to conduct business. Before I was fired, i seen people walking the floor who were investors. Or assumed to be. Now all of a sudden this MERGER occurs. Whats worse about it is they are trying to keep it under raps. If it wasn't for me blowing the whistle no one here would of known that betonline.ag is behind this all.

This is the same reason why the unites states govt won't allow these companies to exist. Its one big ole bernie madoff company.

I know upper management from betonline.ag is reading this. What's the big secret for? Why don't you want sportsbetting.ag customers to know that betonline.ag is now running the show? SARAH answer the people. Your not confident in your B+ rating?

    Pending WITHDRAWLS

I have over 20 k pending WITHDRAWLS from sportsbetting.ag Are you certain I will never see these? I have some people high up in the industry who don't work for either company and they told me not to worry as I will get paid. I've been getting WITHDRAWLS paid for over 5 years......when I win of course.

Ok sorry to say but do u think that if someone tries to fraud a company and gets caught do they deserve to get paid? Also that doesn't consist of not being paid, this is for good customers that have all been paid. No reason to really bring something like that up.
Also something u should know that when Beted got busted it was Betonline that was willing to work out a deal with Beted to pay all the customers but Beted screwed everyone and the deal didn't go threw. Now this book sportsbetting was in a bind and now Betonline took it over so the customers would get paid and also a good deal on there part too. So u see Betonline isn't as bad as everyone is making it out to be and now i guess its a plus that they have poker at this book. But this whole ponsi scheme is just way out of context and i think your reading into this too far.

A ponzi scheme entails not being able to pay those who want to cash out. Unless you have new investors. That's what betonline.ag has done. Why else would they have mb and neteller payouts still delayed? Unless your telling me they took those funds to buy this company. Even if they did that, it would be bad business. You effect your current investors to acquire a near worthless asset. Sarah and upper management are providing you with the crack your smoking now huh?

    I'm in the same boat

I'm also in the same boat as some of you. I have been a loyal customer with sb.ag for 3 years. I was told I was a VIP which I think I deserved it after giving them a ton of $$$. In the 3 years I've only made a couple withdrawals, but recently made 2 withdrawals totaling around 1 grand. I've emailed cs@sportsbetting.ag twice and gotten no response. I tried making a $800 withdrawal yesterday with my available funds and they canceled it yesterday afternoon. Who is there to talk to and what do I do? I'm owed about $1,700 from them... I signed up to here finally hoping for answers!!!

It may take awhile my friend to have this all squared away. Yet knowing betonline.ag It will take them close to 2 months to complete the "software" upgraded, in order for any customer service agent to even be able to view your accounts.

I called customer 2 days ago and was told they have no information on any of the sportsbetting.ag accounts and to call back the next day (after they have completed the software upgrade). Well, that was yesterday, so I called - amazing- they still have no information. I have sent 3 different emails to customer service and only get an automated response saying that my inquiry will be handled by an account manager in less than 24 hours -- guess what -- waited 48 hours - and still NO RESPONSE. Total clown outfit - these guys are pushing away any remaining players that sportsbetting.ag had. I filed another payout complaint here on sportsbookreview, but I doubt I will get any response....just hoping my payout checks just show up at some point....

So when is BetOnline supposed to start "handling" the customer service, anyway ???

Three days in, and the Sportsbetting.ag website doesn't even have Live Chat or a Contact Number to call ... probably not the best way for BetOnline to introduce themselves to existing Sportsbetting.ag customers.

From the SBR Review of BOL (B+, SBR Recommended):

BetOnline ownership has invested in experienced wagering and customer service managers who understand that the sportsbook's first priority is service over sales. This attitude is passed along to the staff during training classes that each wagering clerk and service agent is required to pass. BetOnline treats players with respect and aims to gain a player's loyalty by providing VIP level service.

I'm having a same problem, too. I can't even log in to my account keeping saying 'invalid'. It's been like 3 days now. With all money in Sportsbetting.ag, I can't even play at another sportsbook.
I live-chatted the Betonline.ag guys yesterday for 30 mins, and they told me that all the upgrade and update should be finished by the end of today.
I hope today really becomes today.

Sure it's annoying not to have access to your $50 pending wager or payout which Sportsbetting was servicing just fine but in the big picture, it's good for players. Sportsbetting had one of those domains that got them players who weren't familiar with what other sportsbooks had to offer. Little marketing was needed. Most will be very pleased.
so what happens if someone with pending wagers who doesnt keep records unknowingly bets the money that was wrongly credited to their account and loses? Are they going to lose their pending wagers? Will their pending wagers be honored but their available balance be negative when bol finally figures this shit out? Will they do whatever the hell they want? What happens if the player ends up winning money on these 'borrowed' funds - will winning wagers be voided or honored? There hasn't even been a notice given that pending wagers got f'd in the transition.

To think they have upper management. Your supz aren't doing anything to help the company. They are just taking orders from OutBack Al. Better customer care equals more Rev... Basic business.

Please don't take it out of the context of the full post. It's not a shot at anyone except maybe Sportsbetting.com/ag.

What that line refers to is me agreeing that... ya, if you had a small bet or payout pending then you probably would have gotten your money faster and been better off in the short term without BetOnline taking over. But, if that $50 was about to win a 7 teamer or you were to win big in the future, youre better off with a book that is actually in good standing.

    Hi guys,

BetOnline mgt tells us they are working to add live chat to help field the SB.ag player inquiries. They understand that lots of players have questions right now, even those without funded accounts.

In the meantime, users with balance or pending wager issues can write to SBR.

They are manually entering every pending wager. It sounds like a clerical error. Mgt says they expect to be finished entering the pending wagers at some point tomorrow. You can write to help@sportsbookreview.com if it's not sorted tomorrow, or access Live Chat when it becomes available.

    Lou,

You say they're manually entering pending wagers. What's the status of previously graded SB.ag wagers? Will those eventually be merged into the new platform or are they gone for good?

Do you know how they are going to handle processed wagers that were performed before the merger. I processed 14 checks about half were a month ago and other half like within last 2 weeks.

All of the Sportsbetting.ag payouts from before the acquisition are being honored. As SBR reported on the newswire, there were a number of outstanding SB.ag payout complaints. It will take some time to clear the back-log as BetOnline noted in their official statement.

Customer service at sportsbetting and/or Betonline seems to be a waste of time right now. Hopefully Lou can pull the payout info out of these guys since they won't give it to the customers. Hard for me to believe that no one at either sportsbetting or betonline has this info....

Someone has to be keying the information into the database or someone has access to the database....

"The new shareholders unconditionally guarantee past and future payouts from SportsBetting.ag,” the rep stated. “However, since there is a sizeable backlog of pending payouts, they need to be run through various fraud checks, prioritized and fulfilled. Once the backlog is complete, clients will experience drastically improved payouts thanks in part to upgraded payment options, including same day options.”
Sbetting payouts worked a lot better before BOL got involved...

    Sportsbetting.ag Security issue

I received an 'improved security' email from Sportsbetting.ag today, which used my password as my username in the address and informs me that they are changing my existing username to the same as it has always been anyway. This is a clear security blunder and I have spoken to others who have had the same email gaff.

I would advise anyone to check their accounts and change your password if you feel as though your security details may have been compromised.

Incidents like this dont inspire any confidence at all.
