I have been wondering just what makes a player "professional" as opposed to "recreational". I get it that the lower-tiered books want to call winners professional and losers recreational, and that seems to be what Justin7 is implying here. It seems to me that if books want to attract players by giving out bonuses, they should have to stick to this "contract" ( the book agrees to give the bonus while the player agrees to complete the roll-over before withdrawing ) just as the player has to stick to the terms of the "contract". The player can't get away with nullifying this contract, why should the book?
