My withdrawal from Bet365 came in short!!

I also only got $490 from my $500 withdrawal on top of the $14 fee my bank charged me....... and when i spoke with my bookmaker about this they told me that their record shows that theyve sent their $500 and that this matter should be spoken with my bank!!! WTF? I mean i could understand the $14 fee from my bank but why did I only receive $490? did this ever happen to anyone from Bet365? or any other books? And is there a way that I can get my money back cause from the look of it I dont think Bet365 will fill me the shortages.

100% it has nothing to do with Bet365 but international bank transfers.Higher fees than expected, happen to me few times.I think there is nothing you can do.

I've worked in banks, it will probably be the fee charged by the intermediary bank (global giant like JP Morgan or Citibank) to get the funds from the bookies bank to your bank. Not every bank has an account with every other bank so they have to use intermediaries.

As bet365 said the problem is with your bank not with them.
