    ******** All-Access card is supposedly the best option. Fees are too high for my taste, but many swear by them.

    Vanilla mastercards seem to work at Pinnaclesports. Although they wont take them directly, have to go through moneybookers in for it to work. My prepaid **** did not work though.

    bookmaker takes em they are offering a "20%bonus" code as well, also, ftitlt if ur playin poker, bodog should also, i can go on but ur bases should be covered there..

    I always use my ************, if they are declined I load up my ******** card which hasn't failed me yet. I just used it like a regular credit card, didn't know there was a difference besides the fees ******** charges.

    You can get the card for free if you order it from the website, comes in the mail in about a week.

    I load it with paypal and I think it's free to load it that way, but not 100% sure, if it's not free it's $2.

    u joking right? ******** all access reloadable card is $9.95 to get it then $2 to load at any load center. they also sell reload packs for $4.95. you can load thousands at a time. its the best card you can get and is accepted everywhere....
