I took a payout this morning and wasn't aware that the once a month free payout for this method was only available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I wrote in to live chat and was told it was clearly stated on their payouts page.....which it was, so my fault and I just moved on and didn't think much more of it. A few hours later, John from Heritage calls and lets me know that the $70 fees have been reimbursed, since I was unaware of the rule. Very classy move on their part.
