I am posting to warn others, yet again, that betonline is either running low on funds or is entirely incompetent. My hope is that betonline is not low on funds and this post will provide them some incentive to get my problem resolved.
I requested three $15,000 wire transfer withdrawals from December 2011 to February 2012. I received two of the payouts, but I still have not received a payout requested on 12/23/2011.
Their phone customer service has stopped letting me talk to supervisors and the low-level phone agents have screamed at me “why do you keep calling us?!?!” I have not once called back sooner than I was promised a phone or email follow-up during the most recent call or email.
I have exchanged more than 30 emails with their email customer service, and I have been hearing the same story for months (see below for examples).

MESSAGE FROM MARCH 7 (Payment more than 2 months late)--- “This is Jay from Player Services at BetOnline. We have requested a trace for your wire payout again to our third party processor, it was done last Friday by our payouts manager, they have confirmed us that it could take approximately 7 business days to receive confirmation on regards this, we will be making sure to contact you as soon as we receive word from them on regards. Thank you very much for your patience.”
MESSAGE FROM MAY 2 (Payment more than 4 months late) --- “This is Danny from Betonline Player Services. We have sent an email to our processor regarding the wire payout. We are investigating this situation. We will be back to you as soon as we have a report for this. Should you require further assistance or information, please contact us by replying to this email or initiating a Live Chat.”
