I am posting to warn others, yet again, that betonline is either running low on funds or is entirely incompetent. My hope is that betonline is not low on funds and this post will provide them some incentive to get my problem resolved.

I requested three $15,000 wire transfer withdrawals from December 2011 to February 2012. I received two of the payouts, but I still have not received a payout requested on 12/23/2011.

Their phone customer service has stopped letting me talk to supervisors and the low-level phone agents have screamed at me “why do you keep calling us?!?!” I have not once called back sooner than I was promised a phone or email follow-up during the most recent call or email.

I have exchanged more than 30 emails with their email customer service, and I have been hearing the same story for months (see below for examples).

MESSAGE FROM MARCH 7 (Payment more than 2 months late)--- “This is Jay from Player Services at BetOnline. We have requested a trace for your wire payout again to our third party processor, it was done last Friday by our payouts manager, they have confirmed us that it could take approximately 7 business days to receive confirmation on regards this, we will be making sure to contact you as soon as we receive word from them on regards. Thank you very much for your patience.”

MESSAGE FROM MAY 2 (Payment more than 4 months late) --- “This is Danny from Betonline Player Services. We have sent an email to our processor regarding the wire payout. We are investigating this situation. We will be back to you as soon as we have a report for this. Should you require further assistance or information, please contact us by replying to this email or initiating a Live Chat.”

No, the money was removed from my account shortly after I made the withdrawal request.

At one point I did ask if they could just cancel that withdrawal request and start again. They said no.

I emailed Lou before posting. As of this morning, he had not received a reply from betonline.

Clues that the country may be a fourth world shithole:

Red flags for me are when the nation's president (el presidente) wears a military uniform and carries a sidearm.

And I try to avoid countries that allow the free movement and pecking of chickens in the Oval Office.

One more 'clue' that a country may not be up to snuff is if at the border crossings there are no electric gates, rather they rely on the 13 year old 'soldier' in the way to big for him uniform to push down on the short end of that zebra painted bar to allow the 1959 Packard to rumble through.

And please avoid ANY country where it is permissible to have your non running automobiles pulled by a horse or ox.

Exact same thing is happening to me, I have a 8000 wire transfer that was processed on February 29th and I have not gotten it. I keep getting the 3rd party processor and trace review bull as well. I have emailed and called over 30 times and cannot seem to get a straight answer

This is the original poster. My withdrawal plus the fee was put back in my betonline account today too. Betonline says that they will re-try the wire transfer. This seems to be progress, at least compared to the run-around that I was getting the last few months. I will update this thread again if the funds arrive.

I haven't heard anything from SBR, but if this happened because you contacted them I REALLY appreciate it.

Correct but in all disputes involving botched payments, the funds are reissued so they can subsequently be sent through either the same or another method. Hopefully, there are no additional issues.

Now they are owning up that I (and apparently this other guy) still need to be paid. The problem is definitely not resolved yet, but that change seems a little encouraging.

I agree it's a good sign that the money is back in your account. It confirms that they know you haven't been paid. Sad that BOL needs SBR's urging over and over again to pay clients what they're rightly owed. Makes you wonder how many people BOL has fukked over who never heard of SBR

We have been in touch with those in the thread, and this was an issue with a processor, and we are working on sending this through an alternative method. We understand how frustrating these payout issues are, but it is important to remember:


1. BetOnline always pays all withdrawal requests. Yes, as noted here there are sometimes issues and delays, but the money will always be resent.

The vast majority of all our withdrawals are received within the time frames. Naturally, u hear of those that do not hit on time, which is understandable.

Our aim is for all withdrawals to be sent on time - unfortunately, this isn't always the case and we work with the Players when that happens.

thanks for the quick reply. with all the difficulties with processers with bank wires, sounds like you guys should just eliminate that option. Even if it's isloated all it takes a one or more people to saying I've been trying to collect via wire for months with no success to effect your reputation greatly. I personally will still deposit.

why .. why .. WHY the hell would u deposit at a book like this with so many complaints when there is books like 5dimes and bookmaker that pay on time almost always and no issues .. I will never understand why anyone with a IQ over 50 would play at betonline
