I am one of Eight players that have been stiffed by the Go To Entertainment group who runs twenty different Casino's like the Hawaii Casino & Sportsbook and the Miami Casino and Sportsbook. All eight players are owed a total of over 220,000 dollars. This book is taking money from players and only paying players when they win 800 dollars or less sometimes. What they do is collect the players money by CC, ** , ********** , etc... with the intention of never paying you and if you win big you can forget the chances at all. The big books won't even touch them anymore. There are five people involved in the book. First there is a clerk named Barry who moonlights with other companies and is known as a major low life, then there is a young girl who works one day a week in the mornings,then there is a guy named Pablo who hasn't been around in quite sometime,then there is a guy named Brian who is a part owner and steals from everyone and "owes" everyone, and finally there is a guy named Rob who no-one speaks to and is believed to be Brian. The Bet Phoenix group two years ago tried to take over this book and then found out they were getting screwed by Rob and or otherwise Brian so they paid about 10,000 dollars to players and then threw them out. This book is rated "D-" , but stay away it might as well be a FFFFFFFFFFFFF. Beware they are one of the worst books operating out there. I don't know anyone worse.

can we assume you were consistently losing these smaller deposits and then finally went on a nice run with your last deposit but now can't cash out any of it?
