Tom Tomsk vs Rostov. SBO cancelled it, Pinnacle graded it
    Hi,

yesterday the Russian premier league match between Tom Tomsk and Rostov took place.

On 2/28 Rostov made an announcement that the match will take place in their stadium even though they are the away team, because the pitch in Tom Tomsk stadium is bad shape.
You can find the link here:
    http://www.fc-rostov.ru/press/news/10792

Afterwards Pinnacle and SBO posted that match.
SBO voided all bets on this match citing rule 7.1. "In the event of a change if venue (home team plays away or vice versa), all bets on the match will be void."
Pinnacle has the same rule. They graded the match. They say that because the change of venue was announced before the match was offered, bets have action.

Who is right here? Should the match have action or not?

    Thanks!

Oversight from SBO...if it's in the rules they can void it. HOWEVER in this case the bets should stand and you should go after your money. From SBO rules:

    7. CHANGE OF VENUE
7.1 In the <acronym class="term" title="An Event contains odds offered by SBOBET for you to bet on." style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border-bottom: 1px dotted rgb(0, 0, 0) !important;">event</acronym> of a change of venue (<acronym class="term" title="The team or player playing on its or his own ground or field, or in its or his own venue." style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border-bottom: 1px dotted rgb(0, 0, 0) !important;">home team</acronym> plays away or vice versa), all bets on the match will be void.
7.2 If a match is scheduled to be played on neutral ground, but is played on non neutral ground (or vice versa) all bets shall <acronym class="term" title="Stand means you do not wish to receive any additional cards from the deck." style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border-bottom: 1px dotted rgb(0, 0, 0) !important;">stand</acronym>.

Clearly 7.2 is the case here and they have incorrectly voided the game.

Maxbet clearly had an (n) behind the game for neutral venue. There is no doubt this game was played on a neutral venue. Here is some proof for you if you need it:
