I have problem with bookie with Malta license - www.tipbet.com. Strong Germany bookie, but with very bad risk managment.
The story begins i was registered about march last year and was verified my account once and i think with one withdraw. After that i start to winning .. and made over 4000 EUR profit !
So after my ID was expired they send me a email in which one they want to send them my new ID with my selfie.
Okay i did it.
My new ID is with new address on it. And they type me back to provide 2 documents to verify and my new address.
Okay i did it few times and i was send them about 6 various documents.
One for electric,
one for water,
one from the government for my permanent address (with stamp),
one from my cell phone,
one from my bank.
copy of my deed im a owner of this address
And really this is my address.
I think this is very enough to verify my account in www.tipbet.com
But they dont think that is enough because after my email they declined my docs and want me more and more...
And on the last email they wrote me Im a cheater and they will close my account with my funds inside.
How is it possible to do that ? Is it legal ? They told me also that i`m a syndicate betting

I had to send 45 emails before i finally got my account verified.
I got my money in the end, so dont give up

The people that work with ID and documents is Extremely unprofessional, they asked for the same documents 3-6 times.
I wonder how they can have a licence.....

I think i have been customer in more than 50 bookmakers... tipbet is the worst when it comes to verifying account.

Never had any problems at Tipbet. But that was in a time as they were relatively new on the market (Jan 2016 - Summer 2016). They had a sponsorship with German top Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen at that time. As far as I know the company structure changed at some point and Bayer Leverkusen terminated the sponsorship. In the past half year there are many issues like OP's one popping up.

Hope this issue will be solved as I would not rate them as a scambook at all.

what a nightmare! doesn't seem reasonable at all for a book to require so much documentation to verify account

Hello mates,
After my post here Tipbet.com refund only my deposit - 1000 EUR, but the forgot for my winnings (3500 EUR) . They are big bookie but maybe they don`t have money to pay. I see them on ICE Totally Gaming in London. They pay a lot for marketing, but they don`t want to pay to the customers who are winners.
