5dimes is the biggest joke of a book out there! And before everyone gives me crap about only making 1 post on my account..... I have been following this forum for years and this is the first time I felt compelled to write anything. .


I ignored the warnings I saw on here about Tony and 5 dimes but I gave them a try because of their many betting options ( which I admit are nice). But being treat like $hit by that a hole Tony is not worth all of their options...

I was with Betislands during football and I am going back there, even though they have limited options compared to 5 dimes.. I made many deposits with 5 dimea and never cashed out. I asked president d-bag, I mean Tony, for a small free play to ease the pain of my bad streak, by the way, Betislands does this willingly for their regular customers without any hesitation!!

I said one cuss word on a live chat with one of their bs c.s reps when they were f' Ing up one of my deposits and queen tony saw that and told me that since I cussed once he wouldn't do anything for me unless I could "behave myself" fOr a month!!

WhO does this piece of $hit think he is? I asked him if he was so offended by me dropping the f bomb once with one o his reps why did he take my numerous deposits after that inIdent? He had no response which make me believe he never would have paid me my winnings if I were to reques a payout because I got annoyed with one of His horrible reps onetime!!

ITs time to let this dirt bag know he needs to learn how to treat people! He will never get another dollar from me and I urge you all to avoid this book and go where they treat you like you matter and they want your business!! Stay away from 5Dimes!!!!!!!

When I had the issue with the cs rep, that was over a month ago and the rest of you would has gotten pissed off too because they kept making me call the p2p provider after my deposit because they said I didn't send us funds which I did initially, so someone on their end didn't do their job (shocking) and I'm the asshole???

My point is if that homo tony was so offended by me getting mad at one of his incompetent employees why did he allow me to deposit 7 times after that incident and only bring it up when I wanted a free play.


And if any of you are real gamblers you know that the places who have regular paying customers will give out free plays and comps to keep you around because they have more than a GED, which I'm sure tony doesn't have!And they understand basic marketing and business practices...

It was an oversight by the book. Not a fiasco. A televised soccer game in the US. The thing with soccer is that if the game is still scoreless at the half, and the first half made it very clear you're on the wrong side, you should be able to get out at the half (especially of a televised game). I requested a line at halftime, and they kept me waiting under the impression that they would hang one. When the halftime was all but over, they finally told me they weren't going to. I would have bet it somewhere else if they had just told me that right away. Was Tony small-minded in that instance? Yes. Do I care? No. To err is human. Obviously, 5D is a professionally run operation.

ParlayKing, when you opened up your 5Dimes account you are given a bonus or can take the reduced juice option.

You blew your starting deposit and it sounds like you're expecting a freeplay. VERY FEW BOOKS do that and 5 Dimes isn't the exception.

I have little respect for books run like 5Dimes where management (Tony) will limit winning players and even players who lose but show bettting patterns Tony doesn't like.

I once lost 46 horse wagers in a row and then I was booted from the 5Dimes racebook. I called Tony up and asked why and he said he doesn't like the type of action I am giving him and that there are many other books out there that will be happy to take my action. He also cut my sports betting limits on 3 separate occassions because I hit several huge parlays and I can now only bet 20% of 5Dimes limits across all sports.

After dropping a decent sized chunk in his casino, I asked him to disable my casino account and they refused.

Unlike other places that cut your limits and then refuse to give you a reasonable explanation, when I called in about the limit reductions, Tony was honest about it and said he doesn't expect my business to be profitable going forward, hence the reduction.

5Dimes offers the most betting options and are extremely quick when it comes to payouts, hence their A rating.

However, I believe that the only books who deserve A ratings are those that pay quickly and take on all comers (without limiting winners).

Right now, Americans only have 1 book that fits this criteria and that is Bookmaker. Pinnacle and Greek also work but neither is accesible to U.S. residents without extensive work-arounds.

Begging for free-plays is the same as begging for welfare handouts.
