I had a thread about this almost 2 months ago but happened again to me.

5dimes Processing Agent unable to find a transaction. So dang annoying when I know that everything is correct and confirmed this with the ** agent and via phone call.

Now I have to cancel the transaction and they won't refund fees that I have to pay twice now. I want to move over to Heritage but don't like that you have to call in Open parlays. don't play them often but have had really good luck with the 5 or 6 teamers.

Holy cow I wish sometimes I could reach through the live chat and smack the CS reps over the side of the head. Nothing hard but just to make myself feel better.
