    Can sportsbook keep my money if i can't verify my address?

    Im having some problems with Unibet. They locked my account and asked for id verification. I sent them a copy of my passport which they approved, but they are not accepting my address proof. I guess there are no other ways to prove my address, so i requested them to refund me my deposit. Of course They refused to do it, and told that funds will remain suspended until the verification has been completed.
    I wonder do they have rights to keep my money?? It's a small amount, but that's still my money and i want it back!

    They are not accepting any of my address verification documents i sent them. What i want to know is, do they have rights to suspend my funds? I just want to get back my deposit now.
