Why was I put on hold? Or was it pretend hold? Is their chat this incompetent... and I am curious what is the english definition of 10+? No money lost here- but I think they should cancel all wagers on merit alone - and re word this prop at 5dimes it is deceptive.

I didn't lose money on the prop but i don't like that it can A be mis interpreted and B has no clarification in the rules C they put me on hold 3 times(I didn't care cause i was watching the clipper game) and D their chat is plain incompetent

Cause what if I had lost money- had been confused.... had not been watching a game... had been hustled.... and their chat ****** with me before shutting the door. That's how it could have happened. Rule needs clarification for safety of bettors.

No clarification anywhere on their website. Even the incompetent customer service didn't know- put me on hold. Said I was right- put me on hold said I was wrong.

That is the problem. There should be something in their rules or it should clearly say first to 10. 10+ points means 10+ not 10 or more. I know what the prop is- it just occured to me how dishonest it is- and even more so when I noticed they had 0 clarification anywhere on their site.

And lol at the people responding to me with what it means I could care less. Shot taker- implies I lost money here.

I've played the prop before and always assumed it was first to 10 like so many more... looking at it today it occurred to me

in any common english school if someone tells you to get 10+. It is over 10... only gamblers get use to tricky shit like this and are oblivious and totally okay with it- sheepish attitude.

10 is a winner on 10+ and here is why...

say the score is 9-8, by listing 10+, it accounts for a possible 2 or 3 point shot by the team with 8, making it that the team does not need to EXACTLY reach 10 first to be a winner. If they had said first team to win 10, then someone would be on here complaining when his team scored 10 EXACTLY and the other team advanced from 9 to 11, never reaching 10 (or in the case of neither scoring exactly 10 at some point, wanting the wager declared a push).

There is some lead way for the book here, calling the wager 10+ means 10 or more points first.

Dude if u didn't lose the bet then why did u go to chat and give a ticket number saying it was graded wrong if u weren't trying to take a shot? Go to chat and make a big deal about them grading a losing bet a winner? Yeah sure buddy.

while op is mentally challenged, he's right that betting props at 5D is insane. They will make them vague then change the meaning to make it suit what side they are on. They screwed me out of 100 and lots of others on the hot dog eating prop a few years ago, prety sure they ended up taking both sides and Tony was the usual dick about it.
