    Sports Interaction not accepting my bets, could it be because ....

    I'm from australia?, this has happened out of the blue, I barely even use the account which is the weird thing and I haven't even made 1 withdrawal ever before.


    I just logged in and tried to place a bet and get the message:
    Your bet could not be processed
    Player Update:
    We are no longer able to accept sports bets from this account.
    Casino and Poker room access remains unchanged

    Which leads me to believe it's not because of my country, if they allow to me continuing using their casino. Has this ever happened to any SI users? to make things more confusing the moronic customer service people do not answer my question as to why this has happened, they just keep saying
    "Kevin: I have already confirmed that no further information will be given. I'm sorry, but this is a decision made by management. We will not be providing any further explanation."

    Kevin: Sorry for the wait. Unfortunately, your account has been limited to betting only on casino and poker. This is a management decision, and cannot be reversed.

    I have had this experience before with SIA and it is extremely frustrating and if you want an answer from customer service you will not get a timely one most of the time.
