Up until very recently, I always rated WSEX my favorite out. Love the live offerings and I always had very good customer service, except for one time, which poster wsex, straightened out for me.

BUT.......this is TOTAL BULLSH*T!!!
I'm tired of excuses, why can all of the other C and above rated sportsbooks handle payouts with relative ease, while one of the supposed best and biggest cannot? It doesn't make sense!!!
How f*cking hard is it. Call your competitors, overpay and hire
some of their employees. Betjm/greek, youwager, betphoenix,and 50 other books can get you your money in less than 48 hours...And its not someone elses personal check. This has to be the stupidest
idea any sportsbook ever had to arrange payouts, not to mention the most dangerous to the security of your depositors.

They don't have to even call their competitors. All they need to do is walk down the hall and ask Matchbook how they do withdrawals. It should be pretty straightforward. Then they wouldn't need this hair-brained scheme.

What would you do if somebody received a check and cashed it, but then said to you that the check bounced? Would you then send them another check?

How are you going to prove 1 way or another whether the claim is true. Have you even considered the possibility that somebody might lie?

I have a pending check withdrawal. How can I ensure that I DO NOT receive somebody else's personal check.

Yes, we would send them a traditional check at that point.

If the size of WSEX is what makes processing so difficult, I would think your books recent actions are a huge step in solving that problem, by making a much smaller book!

But, Greek and Bookmaker group are more than likely bigger than you and they have no problem finding payment solutions.

Igetp2s, Don't be so ignorant. To say WSEX is a scam book is beyond stupid. I withdrew 5 figures from WSEX two days ago and received the money via transfer in 2 hours.

WSEX is having processing problems due to the DOJ. Its a fact.

Its not a scam site, and I take WSEX at face value when he says the issue is the number of payments that need to be processed. IMO though, its hard to justify calling it an A-rated book when others can get the money to players in a week and WSEX takes weeks or months. Im almost up to two months waiting on a check.

Agreed, and Im sympathetic to these issues and always tell support that when Im checking on payout, but there is still some point where the book is not providing acceptable service and needs to come up with an alternative solutions or make the decision to leave the US market (not saying we are there yet with WSEX)

As an extreme example, if it took 2 years for a book to payout to US players, the site should pretty obviously not serve the US market even if they paid out 100% of the time. If many foreign books pay out in two weeks and WSEX takes two months or more as some people are currently experiencing, its hard to say they should be graded the same as books that can pay out quickly.

I like WSEX and hope they improve on their processor issues and/or we get some sanity in US laws. Ive bet there for years, I like their poker room as a secondary place to play, Ive never worried about getting paid out. WSEX, the poster, has been responsive to PM's and my experience with support ranges from OK on the first level to pretty darn good as you move higher up the chain

But its hard to leave a 10 week window to get cash out of an (at the time) A+ book, get caught in a cash squeeze, and still think it should be an A+ book.

I'm the ignorant one? You make up total nonsense about the DOJ singling out WSEX as some sort of vendetta, and I'm the ignorant one? Do you have any proof of your far fetched claim, or are you just talking out of your ass? Did I even need to ask?

How about the dozens of people who got the obviously made up "lost in the mail" excuse on their checks. Is that just my ignorance talking? And if you actually read my posts, I never said WSEX is a scam. What I said was WSEX is creating a massive opening for scammers and thieves, and they also don't make any attempt to improve their processing issues (except for this moronic idea).
