    If you're in the US no PayPal can't be used. If outside the US there are many that accept paypal such Bet365, William Hill, Ladbrokes, PaddyPower (list is very long).

    They're all safe but so is Moneybookers and that's easily the best option for funding and withdrawing from books.

    A small number of bookies accept paypal from some european countries, but both lists are very short
