A GetWin (SBR rating C-) player has filed a payment complaint. The player requested a £249 withdrawal on February 13th and has yet to receive his funds. The player states that GetWin is not replying to his emails.
On February 28th, SBR reported six GetWin players filed sportsbook complaints. These players are owed $15,826. The longest outstanding withdrawal request dates back to January 17th, 2012. Each of the players claims were similar; the sportsbook provides only generic updates, and fails to provide concrete information. Players have reported being owed both Moneybookers and bank transfer payments.
