    just saw a post from a reputable poster at another site that received a check for 3 grand and it was returned today...nice job...

    It's not that these issues do not happen, they do happen, the important thing is they don't happen every time, besides, if the check bounced there's always a solution to it and in the end some sort of compensation sine it was not the customers fault.

    Also, can you find out if the check was from Costa Rica (drawn from Citibank)? Just curious cuz I received a Costa Rica check from Diamond which was a first.

    As my big guy here states, yes we do offer a solution for bounced checks... a free transfer through ** or ** or another check.
    But as soon as this happens, the customer should contact us BACK ASAP so we can get jiggy with it

    My $3k check also bounced. I couldn't get this resolved today. Bookmaker rep told me to call on Monday.

    Bookmaker rep told me that I have to send the returned check back to get reimbursed. No idea how long the whole process will take. Of course, he didn’t even bother apologizing for this BS.

    crap what happens if u dont have the original u are screwed or what, i would be calling them telling me they need to send a replacement for free asap,any response on thee issues from bookmaker?

    I also caught them double charging my credit card for one transaction...the Mods on this site should look into that...also sending them the check that bounced which is in the banks posession is pure bull...shat...they are really starting to peeve me and people are gonna retaliate on them soon...

    I received a replacement check today. The payment processor attached a note stating that the original check was drawn on an incorrect account and was cancelled. They must have known about the error because it was sent before I reported the bounced check. I still need to contact BM to get reimbursed for the returned check fee.
