sometimes depending on the last book u worked at u sign a similiar clause to an american non-compete.. that means they have to use stage names in order to work in the industry quickly again... its a very common practice.. u would be surprised the number that has it.. usually bout 50% of the staff.

JJ - almost 80% of all books call players now a days.. its common practice.. low tier to high tier books calls 2-3 times or higher a week now.. I have gotten calls from lower rated or unknown books like northbet, betgrizzly, ezstreet, etc to high rated even sbr pro books like justbet, bookmaker, betdsi, betonline,

its very common and its not the 1970s betting anymore..

to go along with what i said.. ur thinking of betting 20+ years ago.. there were no emails then either.. but now this is how books get a hold of u.. if u add them on facebook or twitter they constantly post bonuses etc.. if ur not a social media freak then they ask for your number/email addy.. if ur dumb enough to provide them with the real ones, they are allowed to call u and pitch u on why u should chose them over whatever other book.. these books arent stupid.. for ever person turning them down because they hate being called, they get another one saying oh really? nice 100% bonus.. gimmie a p2p name right away!.. so they will continually do it day in and day out because in the new betting world 2012 it is a standard to contact the customer..

What u are all forgetting who HATE being called is that if u simply call/email them/ or answer the damn phone, u can politely ask them to never call u again.. I have found that it works most of the time except with really shitty books like betus..etc (which they mail u shit like a junk express, another form of marketing).

Bottom line is if these books sat on their ass they are LOSING business. I bet u 30% of their incoming deposits are from their telemarketing, otherwise they wouldnt do it.. pretty plain and simple

the book will fine , one CS rep does not change the financial backing of a book ..lol

I would be worried if Jon left not if a CS clerk leaves .. books this time of the year change staff all the time

    Hi guys,

Indeed Ryan has moved on from the sportsbook industry to pursue his own business. As much as he will be missed business is smooth as usual , as far as us tanking I keep saying payouts speak louder than words we pride ourselves in being one of the fastest paying shops facing the US market.

    Have a great day !

    JBABY,

Account managers are like CS reps and sales reps at the same time these are guys that can help you with your payouts , deposits cs questions etc etc.

We have some of the best reps in the business and I train all my employees to be the best.

Ryan was one of the best , if he does come back to the sportsbook industry you can rest assured he will come back to Betislands

    CHEERS !
