This is a shit book. I've been waiting for two months on a 5500 withdraw. They will make up any excuse to delay payment. They want my bank statements to prove that my wire transfer did not arrive. Shouldn't they know? I send them and ten days later they get around to telling me that files won;t be accepted in a PDF format. I have to get a hard copy and send each page as a jpeg. I have contacted them about 20 times over this. They have no shame. Should not have "c" rating. this is not good. i have always been paid in the timeframe they said. i know they had a problem with wires since the end of last year. also think there were no problems with other withdrawal methods. but now it sounds like something may be going on. everyone knows about how they are with id forms,utility bills, bank statements, and other needed documents to get paid. but once you get by that, you should have no problem getting paid. that's the way it was. but is it still that way?
