    Heritage sports **** missing..This is ridiculous

    Hey ive been a lurker here for a while, figured id register to see if anyone will help me out:

    I requested a heritage **** over 2 weeks ago for $7,000. I dont have the money yet, I kept messaging/calling them everyday, and they kept telling me oh you need to wait 10 business days because ***** take a long time to come..

    Well fast forward, its been over 10 business days, i talk to them again, then they say oh the **** they sent it from, their account was closed, and **** returned some of the money, so try us tomorrow and the bank will tell us if they sent your money, or if it was returned...

    Next day, I talk to them again, they say well here's a $250 Freeplay for your delay, and tell me that all they can do is wait.. They tell me basically i need to keep waiting indefinitely until it comes..

    Initially they told me if it didn't come few days ago, they would re-credit my account.. Now they are saying they cant do that..

    They know my **** didnt make it. It probably didnt get sent either and they know this, because the day after i requested a ****, the ***** option was removed.. So obviously they are having problems..

    The **** not coming up has caused me a lot of problems since i thought i'd be $7k richer last week and i made plans for that.

    Sorry about any typos still early and im sleepy and frustrated. Can anyone help? Maybe you know someone high up there

    It's frustrating, but unfortunately these things sometimes come with the territory in the offshore world. In order for you to get paid the book must use a 3rd party, which only adds another complication and really ties the hands of these books sometimes in these situations. But there is not another book that your money is safer with and you will be paid. Just enjoy the FP's you get for the inconvenience.

    We spoke with management. Your bank transfer was requested January 30th. Those payouts go out the next day (January 31st). Heritage asks customers to allow 7-10 business days to receive. You're currently on day nine.

    I know that waiting more than a day for any payout stinks - but you're still within the time-frame bud. Either way, management has sent you the SWIFT code with the payment confirmation - your funds are indeed in transit. The provided details would also allow your bank to trace.

    Good job Lou. You have helped me in the past as well. Sportsbookreview.com is the best. I know the feeling the OP has, I'm currently waiting for a substantial payout as well. Although I'm well within the 7-15 business days time period. You just want to get ur fuking $$$$ & move on!!!

    Well Lou the transfer was requested Jan 28th, so this is day 11 but thats irrelevant.. They did send me an email with tracking information. SO far my bank cant see anything but thanks for all the help.. Appreciate it

    While Heritage has very good customer service and treats the players generously at times, I also get frustrated by their payouts lately. The wire transfers are not available now which is disappointing. I can tell you the last check that I requested took about 10 days to get to me. I am waiting for another but I am rarely concerned about them paying me. Its just the delay that is annoying.

    Lou, you have a lot of patience for these people. I'd tell him it's within the time frame and to stop acting like a petulant child.
