5dimes, just like youwager, bovada, etc get complaints but i have had nothing but good experiences with their customer service.

ngates is right on the money here, if you treat top-tier books in a civil manner with respect, they return the favor

they made money because they hun -2.5 longer than anyone... not really buying all the over teaser action and if its true, they are one of the very few to make money on over and over teasers...

tony only seems like a prick when it comes to you trying to steal from him or scam him...the guy sees 5x more bullshit complaints, at least, than other books...with as much as they offer, sure, they have a little more human error than most, but its easily fixable...problem is, every single jagoff who sees a mistake or has something voided because of a mistake, thinks they deserve some compensation...freeplay, money in acct. etc... its whoreshit like that that pushes the guys buttons.

lines started at +3.5, for those moved to +3 and then +2.5 a lot of early action on giants....
The books with NE at -2.5 - 120, they want a lot of money on this side to balance the Giants action, at -130 or more they dont want action on this side........, i think books lose some money, but nothing they cant hand.
