    SBG Global Payout Run-around

It looks like I've been given the run-around by SBG Global. Here's their favorite reply whenever I follow-up with them:

"Sir, we are in contact with the processor."
Anybody else having this problem? It's been 3 weeks now...

I requested a payout on 02 january '12. when i call i'm given the run-around and i'm always assured that i will receive a call back on that same day; same story whenever i live chat but every email has been flat out ignored. unacceptable behavior and i'm an unhappy customer to say the least.

Be happy its only been 3 weeks. I've been waiting 6 and I continue to get the same thing. No matter who I speak with they say it is in someone else's control and they can't answer my question. Then after 6 weeks I just got an email saying they had a problem and the money has been posted back to my account and if "I'd like to" I can start the request process over.

When I contact them they just tell me there has been a a problem and that is all they know. I'm like no sh*t the email said that, I can read, I want to know why there was a problem and how can we avoid having a similar problem in the future so I don't wait another 6 weeks to have the same issue. I initially requested sportsbook.com for my withdrawal on 12/21 and now its 2/2 and I'm back to step 1. It will be mid to end of March if I ever receive anything. Honestly I've pretty much written the money off assuming I'll never see it. Anyone have similar issues with sportsbook?

Okay. Here's what finally happened. SBG Global put the withdrawal amount back into my account and I re-requested the withdrawal. Got the money via wire.
