    Betislands Casino

    This may be my first post on this forum but I have viewed this site for several years, I have also been a customer of BetIslands for quite a long time...but this is all besides the point....I was playing blackjack in the casino tonight and once I got up $100 I received an error message stating my account was not activated for real money play...so I tried to log out and log back in and when I clicked on the casino link, nothing happened, of course there are no customer service reps working right now to explain the problem so I am at a loss.....does betislands now cut you off once you win $100 net in their casino? if that's the case, screw them because I have deposited thousands of dollars at their place, I have had nothing but good luck with them for almost 2 years but if they are going to limit casino wins then I will have to go back to 5dimes....anyone else run into these problems? (sorry this post was so long)...thanks!

    I don't have any help or experience with the situation, but this would really piss me off. I don't like the fact that they don't have customer service to help you 24/7. I don't know anything about BetIslands but costumer service is a must in this competitive business. Good luck with resolving the situation. I hope you get what you deserve.

    Thanks for your responses, I appreciate it. I just tried to click on the link and am getting a blank page too. Oh well, will just have to wait until their customer service opens to find out what is going on.

    possibly sounds like a limit of some sort. I'm guessing maybe it would have happened if you lost $100. Just wait and get a straight answer from them.

    Same thing happened to me last week. I was up $200 at the time. I think it has something to do with the start of a new week Sunday into Monday. Not a limit??

    I only deposited there twice and the caino never worked. When I click on the link nothing happens. They never told me what the problem was.

    Not really actually. I just don't see why you expect them to work all hours of the day with such a small staff and operation. If you want more needy attention then I'd pick another outfit that offers you that service?

    Is logic really a rarity around here these days?
