    Starting your own affiliate site.

Lets say you want to start a site that has articles and blogs about a certain sport and you want to have some banners to recommend people to off shore books.

Would your site get blocked or shot down by the hosting provider if you purchase the domain and hosting from a US based hosting provider since you have links to open accounts at off shore gambling sites?

Just ask them, as it depends on the hosting provider. Some US providers are just fine with it (they allow banners as long as you're not using the site to take bets over the internet), but others will blatantly tell you they won't host any affiliate links related to gambling or sportsbooks, even if you're not acting like a bookie.
