I have been trying to help my buddy open an account there. He is newer to offshore. He is from Portugal. He is a little embarrassed of his English. He asked me to call and ask questions on his behalf. I talked with Joe. Extra. 3304 witch is my acct. Manager. The whole day yesterday I was in touch with Joe explaining the whole situation. Telling him that the next day my buddy was going to make a deposit. Joe and I discussed the bonus which was 100% on firstborn500 and 50% on the other 500.00 because he was sending a dime.

Well my buddy makes his deposit this morning. They are now telling him and I he cannot receive a bonus because he is outside of the USA. The whole time Joe knew he was from Portugal. Joe and whomever else had his newly opened acct. Number in front of them the whole time.

I have now lost face with my friend and he has such a bad taste in his mouth.

How can they take away a quoted bonus from him??? Especially after he made the deposit. Why didn't him or I get an email?? This was negotiated over 24 hours ago.

not many non shady books left. If he tried to withdraw the money I'm sure they will use the unwritten industry standard "must bet deposit at least 2x before withdrawal." Since you brought this to SBR I would imagine his chances of getting this bonus went up at least a little.

DrInsentive, there is nothing I really can do. Burt came up looking for me to help this guy set up his account and get a bonus, all I really did was approve a bonus that is not entitled to International customers (outside the US/CA) ... thats really what I did, the money was sent to the person on the account.

I believe andre253 has been in contact with our CS department to be assisted with what we can do, other than that, it is out of my and companies hands what real negotiations happen between "friends"

i dont send my cash directly form him...i made a deposit in my account by moneybookers and then i transfer the money for their account on JustBet...
was a transfer between accounts within the justbet..
I have all the evidence of what I'm saying.....

I am getting from this that Butt Trap promised Andre a big bonus if he would transfer him some cash to play with. Thats probably why Butt Trap was fighting for the bonus. Surely JustBet wants nothing to do with a player running a scam. They do have the right to close any account at any time they see fit and Butt Trap needs to be CLOSED. What a dirt bag. Where I live motherf@#%*rs like that come up missing.

Shark's reputation is not affected whatsoever. Shark went above and beyond to take care of andre with the bonus. what happened after that is between andre and the shithead, burt. CS and the manager are handling the situation as he stated.
