Formal complaint already filed.

So Im playing baccarat in 5dimes live casino and I bet $20 on banker. Banker wins and they take my bet and subtract $20 from my balance.
Of course I say something via the live casino chat and asked for a hand and bet history. After it was confirmed the result was banker, the pitboss replies "your bet probably wasnt processed in time." So my follow up remark was "then why did you take $20 from my account if the bet wasnt processed in time?"
pitboss responds by saying "all disputes must be taken by your sporstbook" (5dimes)

So I contact 5dimes support and this is what happened

1. disputed baccrat hand
2. When i disputed the result i got this response

Im more ticked about the run around and attitude of 5dimes than losing the $20
seems like 5dimes doesnt seem to be concerned what the betting public thinks of them either






5 dimes said you lost when i wanted history i got the following

Then when i requested bet placement history i got this response

compile your best case in an email and now go politely an email to a supervisor at 5dimes. While very polite, 5d customer service wont be able to do anything besides forward this to a supervisor. It will take a day or two.

I had a similiar situation with a third party vendor and 5dimes...when that happens it takes time no matter how it turns out.

I was just getting pissed with the customer rep's percieved attitude

I had a nightmare expierence years ago with Sportsbetting.com and a payout
They outsource their customer service and by the time they knew me on first name basis they were basicly mocking me at the other end of the line

This situation just reminded me of what i went through years ago
