Sorry for a newbie question although what is 'person to person' pay? Is that where you physically pick up the withdrawl from a casino cashier rather than it being transferred electronically into your bank account or they send you a cheque?

in this industry it will soon be:
$199.00 = Withdraw from $199.01-$199.99
$200.00 = WIthdraw from $200.01-$201.99
and so on
Its why most usa large books have no shot in future to survive
Its all going to be small books with some post up and credit
