        Site was down last weekend also--- bad for us and even worse for Heritage. Should have written down my wagers. Oh well -gl all and it can only get better.

                                            . I called @ 1:55could not get thru.. I spoke with a mgr was told when you enter your account # you may get thru faster based on your status with them.. That is messed up been with heritage for years... Every client should be treated the same...

                                              they used to be good, their customer service has gone downhill over the years.

                                              an all day occurrence is unacceptable imo.

                                              you can phone in a play yes but you can't look over the lines, parlay stuff, live bet, its a HUGE HUGE inconvenience and cost me $$ in the long run yesterday.

                                                  You're talking to grumpy people on here who have NO IDEA what a DDoS entails. They think you can just wave a magic wand and fix it within hours. Insider obviously provided information and they were working on contingency plans.

                                                  You have a group of people that no matter what you tell them they will be hostile. In what universe would Heritage want their site to be down and not accept wagers....

                                                      I don't know for sure but it sounds like they fast track VIP account's call answer time. And on days like yesterday when many more than normal were calling in I'd guess that helped a lot to at least allow those clients to reliably call in bets still.

                                                      Better than everyone having to wait ages every call no?

                                                                Possibly. I guess it's smarter to not be truthful to clients who might use it to punish you.

                                                                    Anyone deposit by bitcoin into heritage today? I sent them bitcoin about 7 hours ago and still nothing. Ive made 2 other bitcoin deposits that were basically instantly funded.

                                                                    Ive asked chat about it twice today and they said it could take hours
