Last time I made a deposit into my heritage account was back in August of this year. I never received holloween scratch card so I didn't really expect anything from them. But when I contact then to inquire about scratch card, rep said he will make sure I get something better on future pomotion. Surely enough, I received email stating I can expect something for xmas. When the time came, nothing in my account since I didn't place 200 bets. I think they should have mentioned it in the email stating you have to have minimum 200 bets to qualify for xmas bonus or something. Well, my bday came so i decided to see if they will be nice enough to give me some fp... nope... nothing.... ZERO.... ever since I got transferred from betjam, I never requested payout from them and made deposit of at least 5 to 6k.... and got nothing from them... fukc this book... I think EZ and betislands is 100X better.

Dude you're embarrassing yourself. You've got to give them some roll-over before they can give you some honey. That's just common sense. It sounds like you're making a deposit and then betting large percentages of it at one time. Well, you may have lost those deposits--but from a mathematical point of view you might have won them so you're not that valuable of a customer yet.

Start betting smaller and you'll enjoy yourself more and start getting those retention incentives Heritage gives out.

This is about the best thing a player can do with a Heritage account.

They have done just about everything possible to insure that the player loses by:

1] posting late lines
2] dealing unfair odds (i.e. Team A -XX -135)
3] removing -108 pricing on some totals
4] moving lines 1 second after any move on Pinnacle
5] limiting players to 100 max bets on sports they have shown a certain acumen in
6] putting delays on your account so they can adjust odds to go against you
7] kicking players out after winning less than 5000
8] closing accounts on players that max bet too many props and futures

I don't know anyone would play here when 5dimes and bookmaker are so much better.

Your argument doesn't make much sense. The % margin is lower at -135/+115 than -110/-110 (104% vs 105%), and if the -135 is such bad value surely you'd get rich betting the +115?

Usually the only people betting 2nd half are sharps and the side they want is the -135 side. They just hang these numbers because they really don't want any action.

I seen both bookmaker and pinnacle both do the same in half time markets (although bookmaker doesn't USUALLY go as far from -110/-110 as pinnacle, who also increases their juice the further they move away from -100)... If you make bets in these derivatives markets (since others outside of CB are even more pronounced) how is it you aren't aware that this isn't unique?

My guess (since you choose to cite an example using Bookmaker rather then Pinnacle) is you did and real interest is just carrying on your jihad against Heritage...

another example is UNLV played a early game last week I forget who they played. The greek had it -4, but Heritage has UNLV -3.5 -135 or -145 for the first half, its bull that they can have these lines like that and expect people not to talk about it in a forum and if you do they close your account. when US was still welcome at Pinnacle, i noticed way more juice manipulation on half time lines than i ever have a heritage. "the pinnacle lean"
To each his own, I personally rank heritage very high in customer service, and prompt payouts, and vastly improved in betting options available.

They're nothing like the greek and they're doing nothing other than pissing off a lot of the greeks loyal customers. I would rate them an A for funds being secure and a D- for a sportsbook.

Here is a classic example how Heritage is going to fuk you.......

Pinny takes one bet on Tenn St. over and Heritage moves it a full point while no other book moves it all. Now we know the rec players don't have multiple accounts and if they have just Heritage as their only out and like this particular game over they are forced to bet at bad odds. This happens 1000's of times during the day. Since Heritage kicked out all the good players they never have to worry about getting beat to numbers. There is NO WAY a rec player will win at this book!!!
