    tried emailing them again... i am sure there are more than a few with payout problems... def didnt get the get back to you in 30 min email anymore

    We do call CS every day and all they say is your patience is required and we are looking into it.

    Becky hope your promises are not broken and Bodog has now missed over 20+ payments in the last month just from this thread. I have seen many more complaints all over the place.

    Can you please put some pressure on this and maybe get us REAL update.....Thanks!!!!

    So what's the real reason we all have had many many reasons:

    1. Backlog
    2. Minor delay
    3. New processor
    4. Payouts processed should see it this week
    5. Tracing the funds not sure why not in your account
    6. Sent to wrong account maybe send bank statement
    7. Never missed a payout be patient
    8. Christmas season
    9. NFL season
    10. We are bovada now contact us there.

    You are located in the US, yes? If you're located in the US the Bovada team will be handling your cashout, but just remember the company that runs Bovada is the exact same company that ran bodog.eu- they simply rebranded the site as their license with BodogBrand.com expired.

    If you're located in Canada the Bodog.ca team will be handling your payout.

    Does this make sense?

    How is it that a completely separate company uses the same poker software and network of Bodog? Also LOL at blatant trademark infringement if completely separate.

    OK, let me explain. Bovada is one of a number of organizations on the bodog poker network, in addition to Bodog Europe (bodog.ca, bodog.co.uk & bodog.eu) and Bodog Asia and that there are going to be more over the next year now that the new fully networked system is out. Have you heard of Cake Network or Merge Network? They both have many skins that are not Cake or Merge branded. Same thing with Bodog Network and I recommend that you check out the Bodog Network site for more info.

    Please let me know if you have any more questions about this, I know its confusing!

    So, when you say that Bodog and Bovada have nothing to do with each other, that's a pretty blatant lie, right?

    I find it highly curious, if the two sites have nothing to do with each other, that when I look at Bovada's live betting and Bodog.co.uk's live betting they are clearly the exact same thing with the exact same offerings that can't be found anywhere else on the internet. But yeah, we believe you despite the blatant lies and deception.

    Are you located in the US or Europe? Its actually not possible to see both sites from the same location as they are geotargeted. Regardless, a lot of the software on the Bodog sites are licensed on a non exclusive basis from third party software providers. There is nothing preventing Bovada from licensing the same software from the same third party or from sourcing its own suppliers.

    I'm located in the US. And it most certainly is possible to view both sites at the same time from one location if you use two different computers.

    The live betting had the same exact odds on the same exact offerings. I'm sure you'll have some other excuse for this that no one will believe.

    Yes, its true that the Bodog Brand has left the US market but the company that was running the US facing Bodog branded site (MMGG) has rebranded itself to Bovada.lv as of December 14th and does continue to accept US players. Please give Bovada CS a call if you have any questions (I am unable to help because I work for bodog).
