I'm just curious what people use for a low juice book if you're an American players. There's no questioning the benefits of a low juice of a shop like Pinnacle but if you are in the U.S. and they don't take you, what's your next play?

Is there any other book that's comparable, that offers real low juice that is somewhat similar? Not temporary low juice on a gimmick promotion, where you have to place your bets between 2-5 AM on a Tuesday night only on cat races?

Just straight up low juice, book that takes reasonable action around $1000 limits, comparable low juice to Pinnacle?

Yeah, 5 Dimes is the only reduced juice book I know of for US players. If you take the reduced juice, then no bonuses, but that's the route I took.

Can't speak to it being taken away, since I lost what I deposited

Looking into this myself and am currently using 5dimes. For Heritage you have to have an invite so they are not an option. I am debating over BetVegasVic and betislands. Vegasvic has -105 lines and -104 for baseball but it looks like they really sock it to you if you are lucky enough to withdraw. Betislands you get -107 and 1 free monthly withdrawal. I don't deposit and withdraw very much so I am kinda leaning towards Vegasvic but not many people around here seem to use Vegasvic. The ones who do only have good things to say. Betislands gets a lot of love around here so I am not sure what to do.

you got to listen to ouman on this avoid the BONUS or rebates. any type of bonus or extra income incentive is just going to make getting paid otu that much more harder with roll overs and w/e other rules they decide to pull out when you request a payout. 5d has reduced juice which can go as low even money at time which is great. i dnt think any other book offers that. but i would advise to you like at the line s/u or other books because at time the reduced juice line can be skewed a bit and you think your getting value when they just lower the juice and adjust the line a bit.

The short answer is miserable. But it is a small thing compared to deposit/withdraw hassle, which is miserable x10.

You might also want to look into betmaker. Not a book but a betting exchange that might get you better odds than the reduced juice books. Really depends on what size of bets you make as well. Not sure if you will be able to get down your $1000 bet. I currently don't use them but it might be an option to look into.

Heritage updated us on some operation upgrades to handle the growth. Unfortunately no plans to use those resources to add more players.

BetOnline you can only get if you were grandfathered in from a few years ago. They don't offer that lineset to the public now. BetPhoenix has a few large players on a payment plan.

If you just want to put regular bets in at half price you should not have to worry. If you wait for the lines to start to move and bet it at 105 they will show you out. If you played Pinnacle moves at 5Dimes -105, it wouldn't be good business for them not to.

Re the 65k thread: That was a complex case and I unfortunately had nothing to add to the discussion, so I did intentionally stay out. Glad to see it properly resolved in the end however and the player not only satisfied with the outcome but still playing on the site. I believe a follow-up statement is pending as well.

Alex, you really want to push management to beef up record keeping, and automate payout status update. Majority of the complains are related to these issues.
