Whatever happened to the 18k live tennis bet incident at Bet365?

Last update was back on 8/13/2009 which said SBR was looking into it.
Did the player ever get back his 18k?
Did Bet365 ever supply an evidence that the bettor manipulated the image showing his wager?
if the player did not get his 18k back how can the book ever garner any sort of "A" rating here?
Still cannot believe that 365 is an A- book
Actually the last update was on 8.18.2009 saying:
SBR has found that the player has not supplied any credible evidence that Bet365 has altered his wager
