    Its a Supreme Court issue. One would think the U.S constitution would not allow one state to take bets while outlawing it for another.

    Why not? That's exactly whats going on right now and has been for decades. Same logic for online gambling is legal for lotteries and horse racing but illegal for sports and poker.

    The proper way to negotiate out of this is to allow the Nevada casinos to offer online sports betting nationwide.

    Get over it guys why the hell would they want to allow poker and sports, when they allow scratch offs and betting exacta's.I mean why would they ever want to make legal something that people make a living off of??
