I thought to give an update to all who will have wondered if Acbet had done any wrong. Just a summary for posters who will not read pages with different experiences…we launched in September, started marketing way after – we had no live campaign going on before the 2nd of November. End of October, we added the sign up bonus and made some brief changes.
Meanwhile, it caused a couple of issues which were all almost immediately resolved, and bonuses awarded to customer. I had even asked people to contact me directly, and so they did: it was resolved rather quickly in their favor. I communicated with the sbr management, giving them all my details to get in touch, skype, mobile, email, landline. We solved all cases of abuse and multiple accounts, they may let you know of this.
It has to be said one friendly poster notified me here via pm –which I offered for Sbr to even look at should they wish to, just in case- that we were going to get attacked by a massive number of abusers with hundreds of fake ids end of October.
Thanks to this person, we spotted them all using tried and tested risk and fraud security checks. In fact, the most vociferous person complaining on this thread and some others is sadly tied to at least 8 accounts, we do have proofs of that. No bookie will take such customer type, such abuse, this is a fact. Sorry it has ruffled some feathers, but let’s be fair here. In the beginning, people have to realize you are building a team, managing plenty of expectations and procedures, whether they are in house or applied to customers’ needs, customer intake grew massively at the same time.
Meanwhile and as we go, we will still offer a great service, great odds, with average withdrawal time expected to be at 5 minutes only. We received so many customers it was hard to keep up with the current pace, so we now have more customer service agents to satisfy your demands.
I have no intention to flame, nor attack, so I will now let you make your own decisions about Acbet.com, it feels fair I could finally write what had happened on our side.
