    An update from Acbet.com

    Hello there.

    I thought to give an update to all who will have wondered if Acbet had done any wrong. Just a summary for posters who will not read pages with different experiences…we launched in September, started marketing way after – we had no live campaign going on before the 2nd of November. End of October, we added the sign up bonus and made some brief changes.

    Meanwhile, it caused a couple of issues which were all almost immediately resolved, and bonuses awarded to customer. I had even asked people to contact me directly, and so they did: it was resolved rather quickly in their favor. I communicated with the sbr management, giving them all my details to get in touch, skype, mobile, email, landline. We solved all cases of abuse and multiple accounts, they may let you know of this.

    It has to be said one friendly poster notified me here via pm –which I offered for Sbr to even look at should they wish to, just in case- that we were going to get attacked by a massive number of abusers with hundreds of fake ids end of October.

    Thanks to this person, we spotted them all using tried and tested risk and fraud security checks. In fact, the most vociferous person complaining on this thread and some others is sadly tied to at least 8 accounts, we do have proofs of that. No bookie will take such customer type, such abuse, this is a fact. Sorry it has ruffled some feathers, but let’s be fair here. In the beginning, people have to realize you are building a team, managing plenty of expectations and procedures, whether they are in house or applied to customers’ needs, customer intake grew massively at the same time.

    Meanwhile and as we go, we will still offer a great service, great odds, with average withdrawal time expected to be at 5 minutes only. We received so many customers it was hard to keep up with the current pace, so we now have more customer service agents to satisfy your demands.

    I have no intention to flame, nor attack, so I will now let you make your own decisions about Acbet.com, it feels fair I could finally write what had happened on our side.     It's very disappointing to see such a deceiving post. I can see that your lies know no bounds, 8 accounts? I only have one account as I have always maintained/stated. Either you are clueless about the company you claim to work for or the ACbet IT staff are totally incompetent.

    Rather than filling up this forum with inaccurate sales patter why not co-operate with SBR, since we have been waiting for the presentation of your "so-called" proof (and it's again untrue, not all cases of multiple accounts and abuse have been resolved as you wrongly stated.)

    Tried and tested risk management? don't make me laugh, more like pulling random names out of a hat if you ask me!!

    I have already stated that I expect nothing from ACbet because with such behaviour I have sadly concluded that they would not admit fault or that they were wrong or even that their computers had numerous server security errors.

    Present the proof let the truth out!

    I have only ever complained about my treatment at ACbet on this forum (Fact).
    My account was FULLY verified for withdrawals UNTIL I requested bonus. (Fact)
    My account was closed even after providing VALID documentation (Fact).
    No mention was made of fake ID, all my ID was genuine and valid (Fact).
    I was willing to provide/follow ANY alternative docs/process to validate my account. (Fact).

    It's really quite simple if ACbet is as reputable and honest as you claim then......If anyone else was using my same IP address to access ACbet then that is a criminal act and I hope ACbet will co-operate with the police to locate said individuals.

    Sadly, I won't hold my breath.

    BetMadMonkey, if you're telling us the truth, the only explanation might be that he's using some shared IP. I'd like to know what is ACBet's suspicion of multi-accounting based on. Have they written you any details? Or maybe they provide such information to SBR only for obvious reasons.

    i'll just stay away from this ACBet, similar situation with Getwin...everybody was an abuser/arber and even LGA disagreed...this one's from Curacao or something so I'll pass.

    They only lied that I had multi-accounts at ACbet but have not sent any evidence of such. I disputed and provided SBR with my details and other data to show they (ACbet) were inaccurate.....Awaiting response.

    No details, never even said which IP address (I know mine is private). I think in their panic to weed out bonus abusers they just swept up anyone they didn't like the look of, and without proper investigation accused a few innocent people.

    i cant believe it! Acbet stole my money, too ... Everybody should read this!!!
    acbet is not serious:

    i was paying before one week 5000 eur on my acbet account... I have bet for soccer games and my balance till this evening was 13.300 eur !!!
    So i was coming home and begin again to bet... and now attention please!:

    for every match they detucted one by one more than i paid... I thought i dont see rightly but after every match i paid they detucted more and more, for example when my balance was at 12.000 eur i bet for one match 500 eur they take more from my account , it was 11.150 eur or so, normally it must be 11.500 ... And i played many games, at least my balance account was -236.85 eur ! Thats not normal ... You can never bet about your minus balance ... And in the transaction history i can see that they detuct in a few games the double amount, so i lose the double!!! I still cant believe it !!! What should i do now???
    I think i will talk with a lawyer... I hate f***ing discriminal people !!!

    I believe our support has answered your query on time -same day- and in a professional manner.

    There was a glitch with your account, we fixed it immediately. I believe you got the excess amount returned to your account as per our communication to you.

    For the other complaint: we have tangible proof, and they are not only related to IP addresses. I have also communicated with sbr on that matter. I am fully available for them all the time, at any time. It's not very fair to pose as a legit customer in public and cry foul, while clearly knowing you got it all wrong, doing so on purpose.

    There were a couple of emails sent out by a new cs person, yes, she made a mistake as she was new, very simple. I apologize on behalf of Acbet for this miscommunication.

    ACbet. Thank you for coming on here and posting honestly. There are many scum bags associted with gambling, always will be. Not saying people are wrong, but there are always 2 sides to every story.

    Anyway, based on your professional responses in dealing with these issues I have opened an account with you today and starting to use it. Hopefully there wont be any of the above issues, will report here if there are.

    Well 24 hours have passed and Acbet seems I require your help. This is my experience:

    - Deposited a small amount (£500) to try the site and give them some football action

    - In that period I have sent 5 emails and yet to receive one response. They advertise 24/7 support. There is no live chat, no telephone
    support.

    - Sent my documents so I can withdraw money, again received no response.

    - Made 6 football bets last night, by the time I went to bed, 4 1/2 hours after the games were finished, the bets were still not settled.
    The bets have been settled by the time I woke up.

    I don't care for a 150 bonus, but right now I am sat here calling myself a twat for trying this company and wondering if I will get my
    money out. I cannot believe I haven't received one response in 24 hours from a company offering 24/7 support and who settle bets so long after an event.

    ACbet do you think this is normal behaviour? You think this is a good way to treat customers?

    15 minutes after posting on here and telling ACbet I was posting here I get a response. All thigns sorted now, all 5 of my emails ended up in their spam apprently.

    They started giving the bonus lowered by 1/3 to the formerly restricted countries. I really don't understand their bonus policy
