    I have been waiting 5 days for 2 withdrawals from jetbull (£950 and £880 approx). I have provided front and rear scans of my driving license and the front side of my card). Today they have mailed me asking for a bank statement and also the rear copy of my card before i can withdraw. I am concerned about the security of uploading both sides of my card (especially as in their FAQ's it asks for only the front side).
    Can anyone please give me some advice? i am trying to withdraw by card. They have not answered my e-mail regarding security issues.

    I had an 8 day wait fairly recently, for a 3 figure £GBP sum, but I did get paid. I waited 7 days as I recall, then sent an email, got a response, and my funds the following day.

    I requested a withdrawal from them on 10/03/2009 for £150 and have not recieved it yet, bit worried really seeing as I cant even speak to the customer live support it just says "All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly" for the past hour

    Jetbull help! See no way out of this mess!

    Please can the mods on here use thier contacts to help me with Jetbull!? Am so angry about it all you wouldn't believe!

    To cut a story short they've closed my account with a £250 balance in it due to fraud on my depositing bank card(maybe by them even!) and the bank issuing me a new one which i am trying to withdraw to with no luck!?

    You can hide the CVC no / last 3 digits on the back of the card before sending a scan. Make sure it is signed.

    If you are really worried about the card's security, get a new card issued by the bank (just tell them you have lost it) after transfer of funds from jetbull to your bank account.

    Do you have the old card that was used for deposit? Send them a scan of that card.

    Sorted! Emailed all email addresses(info, support, finance, jobs & marketing) a letter of complaint from my work threatening legal action! I work for a lawyers!

    I have been in contact with a Jetbull finance team member recently and have hope that we can get some help on the complaints which have been submitted. I am glad to have their communication with SBR once again.

    They have changed the message u get when u withdraw to moneybookers since i last played there. They say processing will start immediately. OK, I suppose that doesnt mean that they will send money immediately, because I havent received any money.

    Last time it took a couple of days, but then I had 600 euro there, now i had only 40 euro there.

    I wanted to withdraw 320 sek that is about 30 euro. But the minimum was 370 sek. Really clever way to keep the small players money.

    i too am having withdrawl problems, i have been waiting 3 weeks for £200 and withdrew £1200 5 days ago which i am very concerned about ,i mail them but all i get back is an auto response ,i thought they were a decent bookie as they advertise with all the big bookies on uk sites what a mistake that was .

    i requsted withdraw to mb 5 days ago 1500 euro.. i was talking to suppor they told it should take max 5 days.. still nothing.. they also told they had many withdraws at this time.. lol i mean

    Withdrawal problem Jetbull - 2 weeks

    Hi Guys,

    I have happened to read this forum only now after having big problems with Jetbull, I should have done it before registering but was suggested by one of my friends. I requested a withdrawal for 2900 euros on their site on the 14th. Today is the 27th, they are not sending anything, moreover they keep on replying with the same message one user posted in january with the backlog of card payments and security updates.
    I am seriously concerned by now and i threatened them to lodge a legal action but nothign from them. Are you guys still in contact with them to spur payment processes?

    I have been following Jetbull for around 6 months now, and true to their word Jetbull executives are turning this book around into a good bookmaker. The flow of VERY positive news is extremely encouraging. I have been dipping my toes in again over the last month or so, also with favourable results.

    The Jetbull shop is open for business.
