Att: Justin and Lou regarding Betonline
Guys is there a reason you haven't downgraded Betonline's rating? There have been numerous complaints about payouts and customer service and they are justified. I sent in a complaint and haven't heard back from Lou, except to say "He's working on it". I can't move a dollar out of my account there and I have 5 figures there. Sportsbookreview used to be credible, but this is terrible. No way these guys are A-. What is going on?
I agree, no way this operation should be A-. I feel sorry for anyone who got duped into playing here when there are much better and less painful options out there.

BetOnline is a deposit only book. You can get your money in real easy but there is no getting it out. I would like ALEX to address this. Maybe he can explain to me why I can't make a withdrawal or move my money, or why no one is responding to me?

Many I've seen this thread a thousand times. How many charge backs do you have with other books?
Most books require you to rollover even if you don't take a bonus.
I'm assuming the OP wants this to be shared:
1. He had a payout request cancelled on November 4th, due to not having provided ID.
2. He sent his documents on November 7th. The dots weren't connected that he still wanted to proceed with his original (cancelled) payout request, there was also a breakdown in email communication about receipt of the docs.
3. Management says he never requested a new payout.
BetOnline will contact him to verify what he'd like to do. It does sound like a simple phonecall mighta solved this one.
I have run into this problem also at Betonline but eventually got paid

I almost joined and deposited with this book recently, glad I did not.
It's not a bad book.
Nothing special, but pretty reliable overall.
Is this a joke? Why would he no longer want a payout after he sent his ID???

The request he made was cancelled.
He had to submit his ID so that it was on file, so that he could make a new payout request. The play here was just to submit the ID, then request a payout separately. BetOnline management nonetheless apologized for the confusion, and is contacting the player directly.
This is over the top. I have deposited and I have gotten funds out.
This is so dead on. I am guessing that bonus abuse, cc chargebacks, and other games that some people play have made some books go over the top on this.
they did this to me too, there was some technical aspect wrong with my withdrawal request and they cancelled it without telling me (they could have just fixed the error that was more their fault then mine but they juts cancelled it). i noticed about 5 hours after it was cancelled and contacted livechat to get it fixed. but they really should tell their customers right away when cancelling a withdrawl. this is obvious.
Now how he heck is he supposed to know that payout requests are canceled when you haven't yet sent an ID, and you have to resubmit the payout request? I've probably sent ID to at least 25-30 books over the years, and none of them ever made me resubmit a payout request. Players shouldn't have to be aware of unusual payout procedures.
The way especially Lou is defending BOL is ridicolous. How can he ever make this sound like the players mistake and giving props to BOL for excusing to the player, when BOL is so clearly in the wrong again!? Where is your integrity and honesty? You just sent it down the drain?
In the past, I used to have the highest respect for Justin7 and Billdozer - if they can seriously argue that BOL shouldn't be severely downgraded, I suppose they have completely sold out too. Very unfortunate for the players if this is the road that SBR has chosen....

Lou explained the step by step of what happened, that email communication broke down, a phone call would have resolved it and that BOL management apologised for the confusion. Not sure how you made the leap that you did.
