    Not sure on your acct history (chat requests, red flags etc) so tough to evaluate without that info.. but if you've never verified yourself or given ID prior then I would guess that's why they asked.

    there's no history i just made an acct right now and before funding it i told them to cancel the casino..thats it..i dont need that fixed trash on my acct..it was a very simple thing to ask for...if they would have been asking me for id and stuff when it came time to take a withdrawal sure i guess thats ok..but this is ridiculous.

    I have closed casinos on many of my accounts, and have never had to jump through any hoops. I wouldn't call it a CS disaster, but it certainly is an unnecessary hoop to jump through.

    Well not agreeing with the book, the process is dumb. But they follow it. So it is what it is. I hate the whole must send in a ID and this and that to withdrawal when they take the cash on depo without any verification. But you have to do it when you went to play.

    If the book Customer service rubs you the wrong way or makes you feel not comfortable, then take your business else where.

    I guess both of you are overreacting, its kind of too much for them to request so much paper work for just disabling your casino, but you posting here about it and be mad at it its also overreacting lol, you dont like it then just dont play with them, the Customer Service is just following rules, you cant blame them for enforcing them.
