well boys ive been the biggest advocate of this book on this board, tonight my account has been closed for reasons unknown too me... i got email mentioning an ex poster from sbr who stiffed me for 2k as if we were in against them.

You account is closed down till I can have someone investigate the claims made. That sort of behavior in unacceptable. If all is good (which I hope it will be... if you say it's so) then tomorrow morning I'll have them open up the account. There's nothing I can do till 8am CR time, sorry.
I don't think a thread on SBR is the place to discuss the particulars of your account. It's 10:30 pm here, I don't even work in a customer support type department. Sorry if the response time isn't up to your standards but I have been off the clock for 5 and half hours, I would have to replied to an email before bed, but I saw you called me out here...

MIKE i have no clue what this is about...... this book and cs have been A+ for me...... cs has gone above and beyond for me, but this is just wrong.

hes not..... i got him signed on there before all that happened. then he went bizerk called you wager threatened staff and accused card room of being crooked.then he stiffed my agent alsobut during all that he posted bs at another forum about how him and his buddies cheated in the card room and he had proof it was rigged.(all bs) somehow throughout all that mess i was still tied to his dumb ass.

Did you first discover the account closed then the email or did you get the email telling you account closed? I can not stand when a book just closes the account without an email.
So what happened. They closed your account with no explanation or did they tried to explain when they opened it back up just recently.

just for the record... everything was explained to me and i understand their position... once i was cleared i was given a healthy freeplay by a supervisor.... all in all this is still my favorite book.

What exactly happened?
Haven't played their for months, after being with them for 4 years. I think they are starting to have some serious problem because it's been almost three months and they can't still find a new CC processor. That's not a good sign to me, anyways.
