10bet turn £100 of my real money into bonus

I joined 10Bet for the 50% bonus, up to £100. Deposited full amount and rolled it over to end up with a total of £379 real money, and a £100 bonus.

I went onto CS chat to ask them how I use my bonus, I was told it was the last thing I could use, so I said "I have to lose £379 before I can use the bonus?" they said "No, you can place a bet with the £379 and while this is unsettled you can make a bet with the £100 bonus money" I said ok.

So I did this, lost the bonus balance, and what do you know!!!! I still have £100 bonus money, which I can not withdraw. I spoke to CS twice and they basically told me I did nothing wrong, I told them they were the ones who said to do this, and they said it was going to be referred to management. They failed to get back to me so I went on CS chat again, and the guy explained that it was a form of bonus manipulation.

Me: But what I am asking is, how do you roll over the bonus amount, when, which is exactly what I did, and lost, you tell me this is wrong?

Steven: Please make the difference - you did not do anything wrong trying to stake your bonus and contribute to the roll-over. The thing is that funds remained into your account after losing your bonus amount which is the reason your roll-over was not cancelled and is still there.

Steven: Such a play is usually considered as a bonus manipulation

Now.... the CS chat specifically told me to do this, and I asked them, would my real money turn into bonus money and I was told no, this wouldn't happen. The first time I spoke to the CS about it after it occurred, they even said, no this shouldn't of happened, and I will refer it to management.

So is there any real way to solve this, or am I just done for!?!

I have sent a form on here for the review or what ever exactly it is, but I just want as much advice and opinions as possible.

    Cheers

All the terms and condition for this promotion should be written on the website. Check them out and see exactly what is written there. I must admit that at first glance it does seem quite strange but it shouldn't be a surprise as the SBR rating for this bookmaker is C (Average to below average cust. service with some risk to players funds.)

    I have read the T & C's, and judging my them, I haven't done a thing wrong.

What has annoyed me so much, is that their own CS told me to do this, and they have even said, I haven't done anything wrong, as the quotes I posted above show.

"The thing is that funds remained into your account after losing your bonus amount which is the reason your roll-over was not cancelled and is still there."

I really don't know what to understand from this, but maybe my English is not good enough...

I thought you made a bet with your balance and then while that wasn't yet settled you placed another bet with the bonus. If that is correct then what they are probably saying is that your bet with the bonus was settled before the other one thereofor it didn't met the conditions. Sounds like complete bs, unless their system automatically reviews the bets including bonus and they can't change the "verdict".

Yeh that is what I am saying.

I bet live on Arsenal, then I was left with £100 bonus balance, and I bet this on Blackburn to win. Arsenal won, and Blackburn lost, but now, I still have a £100 bonus balance, which I cannot withdraw. So I inadvertently bet £100 of my own money on a highly unlikely outcome.

The CS told me this was OK to do, and that it should not of happened, but now I have received an email from a manager telling me I have to meet the roll over requirements.

    this is from 10bet page:

"in order to withdraw the bonus, customers should rollover their bonus 6 times. Only stakes made with the bonus and winnings generated from the bonus will be applicable towards therollover requirements. Only Sports bets will be applicable in calculating the roll over."

Depending on the country you are in or the language-version of the site you registered with, you could have 2 different requirements:

This is the standard condition for most language-versions of the site:

"In achieving these roll over requirements, all wagers must be made on any Sports bets offering odds greater than 1.60."

But if you select some different languages like Romanian, Chech and maybe others, the conditions are:

"In achieving these roll over requirements, all wagers must be made on any combo bet offering combined odds greater than 2.50, Example: 2 team combo 1.6x1.6= 2.56, 3 team combo 1.40x1.40x1.40=2.75"

What bonus code did you use?

It was just pretty much a normal bonus, roll over the deposit once. Not the combo one.

it seems that the 6 times rollover condition is for every type of sports bets bonus

even for fd100 bonus code it is the same. you didn't read carefully the terms and conditions

    "
    Terms & Conditions

All Sports first deposit bonus offers can be redeemed only once and are only available on a player’s first deposit to 10Bet Sportsbook.

This offer is only available to new customers who enter bonus code: FD100 upon their first deposit.
The bonus will be credited once the initial deposit has been rolled over once.

If the rollover requirement for this bonus has not been met within 90 days of the qualifying deposit any funds held in the bonus balance will be forfeited.

In order to withdraw the bonus, customers should roll over their bonus 6 times. Only stakes made with the bonus and winnings generated from the bonus will be applicable towards the rollover requirements. Only Sports bets will be applicable in calculating the roll over.

In achieving these roll over requirements, all wagers must be made on any Sports bets offering odds greater than 1.60.

    .........

These Terms & Conditions are part of the General 10Bet Terms & Conditions."

You can try to bet break-eaven arbs with other bookmakers so you are guaranteed not to lose any money. You just need some extra cash that you can bet with at other bookmakers. Also, if you get lucky you could get your bonus out from the first break-eaven if your other bet from the other bookmaker wins.

I dont think you understand what I mean.

I bet all my real money balance on 1 sport bet, then I bet my £100 bonus on another sport bet. The first bet with my real money balance won, where as the 2nd, with my bonus balance, lost.

But now, they are telling me that £100 of my real money balance, is a bonus, when clearly, it cannot be a bonus because I lose this on my 2nd bet.

wait... I just re-read your post and now I understand. That is quite strange indeed. I think you should ask for an opinion from the guys at sbr that handle complaints.

Well, I have sent one of the complaint things to SBR, but I thought I would come on the forum and get some advice on it aswell, or see if it has occurred to anyone else.

I played there and nothing odd happen. I used a different bonus code fd50 because for the country I am from the available bonus was 50euros, but the conditions are the same. I don't remember having to bet the bonus while another bet was not settled but I can't say if I didn't do it that way either.

    check this out:
If a withdrawal is requested before the roll-over requirements are met, the bonus and all winnings generated from the bonus will be automatically cancelled and withdrawn from the customer’s account
10Bet reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.
In the end the terms and conditions are in such way that there is nothing you or sbr can do. 10bet can do anything they want with this bonus just like they actually did. You played the bonus, you lost it, but you haven't met the rollover-requirements. One would think that if you lose the bonus you don't have any rollover requirements, but some bookmakers still do, and in 10bet's case, they can improvise and make up conditions as they go along because otherwise they can just cancel it because the terms and conditions allow them to do that.

My advice to you is that you find a good site that gives arbs for free and get your money out of there by playing break-eaven bets with other bookmakers (if you have the extra cash).

Anyway it is still a case not to be overlooked by sbr... if they get more such complaints maybe they will drop 10bet rating to D. I don't know how these things work but I do know that sbr guys do a very good job with the complaints. All you need to do is wait, or start arbing your way out of there

The major problem with arbing out, and completing the roll over requirements is that the odds on this site are so bad!

10Bet are a bunch of scheisters so I wouldn't hold out much hope of SBR being able to help you out here.

arichmond64 I think you should still be able to place some break-eaven arbs on handicap lines and sometimes even on money line or totals. They don't come every day but you don't need many either.

What do you mean by handicap lines and money lines.

I have never once seen any of their odds over 96.5%, and if you do, its for a split second, and then they change them.

Yeah, it is not unusual for them to hang a line when there is steam for US sports.

You should read and understand t&c of any bonus then you take, from 10bet t&c in their site it is quite clear that it is sticky bonus. Also I wouldn`t say things like "I have 90 days to arb out, so I will wait and see what the SBR guys say." they could remove bonus for bonus abusing

I was referring to the situation where you counter bet for break-even at a different bookmaker. You can try asians for soccer and basketball and games handicap for tennis.

I will send you a pm soon arichmond64.

you can find free sites that offer free arbs without any subscriptions or fees. for rollover they should do just fine.

you don't have to stress yourself searching for them, you just have to watch those sites and wait for them to appear, and then act.

What am I looking for when reading the T & C's that tells me its a sticky bonus?
