I took the family to Universal Studios last week and had a nice break, cheers. But still here. Player Services is run by the super competent S. Francis now--is really a class act in CS... I'm the marketing guy.

Our recent issues have ALL been due to problems with 3rd party processors--and just about every book is feeling it now.
You know you'll get paid by us--always have, always will, a real point of pride with the owners.
But sorry about the horrendous delays.
