What I find funny in this post is that OP thinks that taking the funds out via CASH p2p doesn't involve a processor. Do you honestly think that Becky or Rommel or any of these guys that you chat with are the ones going down and sending those funds to you? It is still done via a processor. The current landscape for US players is such that you are just asking for problems if you request payouts via any method that has to do with a bank. If you look at all the threads about payout issues, you very rarely see issues with p2p. Yes, it costs more, but you generally have your funds in a day or two at most.

But whatever you choose to believe, even those p2p payouts are coming via a processor. That's just the way it is.

The other big issue in the chats, players complain when they are told it is a processor problem, they complain when the CS rep says they don't know what it going on, and they complain when they are told to wait. I fell for you guy, but unless they are telling you to the nanosecond when you will get your payout, you don't stop. and even then, if it isn't there at that exact moment, back on the chat and complaining again!

5dimes has already backed out on giving me the $300 by reversing it back on my card...Do you want to know why? heres the truth! The processor wouldnt accept it lol fact from Roy in the CC dept. All the processors are down and no one is getting their money for awhile, if ever.

I just wanted to start a thread and tell everyone the reasons why I love 5dimes.

1) I love 5dimes because of the SUPER FAST deposit methods
2) I love 5dimes because I can take their money on sportsbooks so easy
3) I love 5dimes because everytime I win sportsbetting I can always rely on 5dimes to take my money at the craps table. Literally, even though I dont lose alot in casino, the casino rapes you if you win in the sportsbook!
4) I love that I can always contact 5dimes CS by chat or phone anytime of the day
5) I really love when I have an issue with the payouts that I can always rely on CS at 5dimes to give me a timely response and be able to hold their end of the bargain!
6)I really love when CS at 5dimes gives me an "exact" date when my funds will arrive to only piss me off and tell me to patiently wait until further notice the next week!!!

Lou there needs to be something done with this situation at 5dimes on a serious note. I understand they pay the bills here and we all appreciate being part of this site, I have been one of the patient people with this matter and given them the benefit of the doubt (check the 5dimes update thread) but its being handled very poorly by them. Also, those of us handling it like adults like myself are starting to feel like we aren't getting much help from you guys on this.

If 5dimes eventually receive the money back from the processor they should provide a proof of those transactions and that would mean that they weren't lying, it wasn't their fault. Also if that happens tdog owes some apologies to 5dimes staff and justin7. However, I am afraid that tdog can't understand the possibility of such a scenario in which 5dimes weren't lying and it's not their fault that the processor didn't do the job right and even more it took so long for the money to be returned to 5dimes.


If they eventually claim to receive back the money from the processor but fail to provide proof of that transaction, than it might as well be the case that they didn't send the money at all and that indeed they were lying. In this case tdog is right but that still doesn't justify his behavior because right now, imo, in such a case all you can do is WAIT...
