Pinny didn't ask me once for an ID in ~8 years.
Transfered money between me and them must go into the millions, all over Neteller (i started as arber).

    That basically means 2 things...
    a) they don't give a fukk about who people are, as long as the deposits are clear
    b) all the books that ask for IDs are full of shit with their excuse "it's the law", unless they are Aussies

Going from this, i strongly believe they welcome all US players still. IF they can hide what they are doing, by really simple methods, all this bullshit is just to look like they officially don't take americans anymore.

I live in Mexico and have an account at Pinnacle, which I never use.

Because I do all my business with BetFair and Betdaq. No time no money for Pinny.

If I ever need another book, probably it will be Matchbook.

In the meantime, my Pinny account will remain in limbo ... too bad ...

You can play there through an agent. An authorized affiliate can set you up.

    INCORRECT

UK books must also comply with ID (KYC) laws

I've been studying this garbage for 6 months now. You need someone to literally hold you by the hand (who has a Pinny acct/US Res) and walk you through it step by step so you don't F anything up. I love how the masterminds here are jerking everyone around.... oh I have a pinny account.... oh I have a pinny account. Well man up and help out a brother... jesus. I would of tipped someone who would of helped me out.

dont know about horses but for sports they are the bestest

    there are 3 main reasons

    1. best odds, offer lowest juice from any other book in the world

    2. they do not limit, they take pro action and will take all the action they can get

    3. they are financially sound and you will never have to worry about getting paid

    also there are additional reasons

    4. wide variety of betting options/leagues/sports

    5. they offer live betting for all US sports

    6. Dynamic Lines

    7. personally I love their software

You will need an IP address, utility bill, bank account, and government ID from a country outside of the US, if you are officially coming to Pinnacle as a US citizen. If you don't want to tell them that you are a US citizen, then you just need an IP address and a Moneybookers account (or another way to deposit/withdraw your funds, such as a bank account or CC in another country).

Pinnacle has never asked me for an ID. I've only transferred funds via Moneybookers. Moneybookers was a pain to switch my US Moneybookers account to an international Moneybookers account for gambling.

As far as the IP address requirement, do not use a proxy. It's very easy for a website to see if you're using a proxy. You will want to use a VPN that gives you an IP in the country that you choose to "reside".

Getting a government ID is pretty simple, at least from my experience in Costa Rica. Many people could've stayed an extra day for the bash and easily gotten a government driver's license same-day. The bank account is a bit tougher, because of the KYC laws that they have to follow for US citizens, but still possible. They still open accounts for non-residents, though. To my knowledge, they can not be opened remotely. The bank needs to see you in person.

Hasn't been my experience, Neteller OTOH wouldn't even re-open my account with proof I lived outside the US. Moneybookers limits are on a tier system. For every piece of info confirming your identity they raise the limits up. When they asked for a second piece of identification so I could up the limits I sent them my US passport. My account is still open and my limits were raised. But, I do live outside the US all my documents were legit and I'm not up to any funny business. IMO it's not worth it to try and get MB, NT, Pinnacle accounts if you have no plans of relocating. The risk of your money getting frozen by any of them is just too great.

Moneybookers doesn't offer this. You have to send a deposit via wire transfer to confirm your bank account.

Yes, and then as you want to be able to transfer more funds you need to confirm different aspects of your account. You don't link up your account with your bank account and then start transferring 15k euros/month, there are limits and there are ways to get those limits raised by confirming your identity.
