    So many people are saying that 5dimes is telling them the funds could hit the accounts in 24-48. I'm going to show you that is pure bullshit. Rommel has told me and CS at 5dimes below CONFIRMS that they dont know a thing about when the funds will hit the players account. This is lying at its finest folks by a A+ book according to SBR....

    And to boot, the GM can't draw a line in the sand and make an executive decision. He's gotta ask players what would they do??? What would the wolf do; ASK HIM> I would credit everyone on day 11, pick up the ** fees and payout whoever wanted it. If the ach hits accounts later, I would wait to recieve the report eventually, then request the money back from the player via email or a copy of bank statement if they declare they never got it. IF the player refuses to refund the double pay or bank statement, I would simply cut them off and blacklist them. This would revive credibility and everyone would be cool. Most players would credit back the money that didn't belong to them as we are gamblers, not thieves. Pretty simple.

    Op is over reacting but i understand where he is coming from. Been with 5dimes for some time not sure if its lack of training or just bad cs but ive had reps flat out lie to me more than a few times. i have sbr threads on this at least 3 that i can remember. This is a processor issue but cs could' ve taken much better care of this. Should tell you something that 5dimes cs has been declining for at least 2 years and they do nothing to fix it.

    Truth probably is 5dimes doesn't know when this will be resolved, I am sure they are being told by their processor that the funds have been sent and just need to clear. They can't pay out account balances twice.

    Ive been waiting since the 17th...Ngates said CS at 5dimes told him players accounts are being hit with funds and that we should wait up to 24-48 hours to see if it hits...

    Why is it so hard for people to comprehend the bullshit in the chat above and what has been told to the other players involved? Its not about the money, its about BEING LIED TO!

Make us go through the hastle of faxing bank statements, knowing damn well the money isin't in our bank accounts.     They'll just keep stalling. 5dimes doesn't care, they have sbr by the ball and chain. They do what they want and they know they wont face any reprocutions with sbr.

    They told me that some of their players have recieved their a-c-h funds from 10/17 "recently"........It just so happens none of them post on sbr or covers....I don't even need to comment on this one...But I will...Don't they realize that we are gamblers and know probability very well.....This is a circle jerk now.

    tddog-They didn't tell me 24-28 hours yesterday. They told me they have no idea what is going on and we have to wait a few more days and eventually the money will be back in my 5dimes or in my checking. But they did say today, that some players started getting their money. Just not me, you, or coincidentally, any players at SBR or covers................I can only laugh at this......I have 2 friends that were nickle 5dimes players and they switched books recently cause of these updates on SBR. One of them lost 4k this weekend. That could have been 5dimes money. But each day we post our updates, they are losing players which =MONEY/Revenues. If I was new to betting and read this thread, I wouldnt' think twice of doing business with 5dimes for the way they treat their veteran customers. So it is in 5dimes best interest to credit our 5dimes account asap. Not very smart business.

    This is why people go ape sh#$. You wonder why most people say F U over chat or on the phone to a 5dimes rep? Look how 5dimes is handling most of these CHAT LOGS. They are lying right back to the customer. These customer support people should be trained properly for a situation like this. It's only obvious that they are lying to us (the customers). Not really trying to start sh#$ here... but... the proof is in the pudding. I'd rather them say... "Gee TMS... we have no answer to our problem right now. Once we figure out what the hell is going on... we will send an email to every customer who was effected." It's that simple.

    I pray to God there isn't something more alarming going on right now behind the scenes.

    True Story. If they were to tell me last Monday after 1 week, that it'd be here in 14 days, I'd have no problem with that...Of course it'd be disappointing since it normally takes 3-4 days.

    But what is disappointing now is that they told me they have no idea where the money is at, and it could be a couple days or a month before I see any money (either in my 5dimes account or bank account) That is what sucks.

    And what's worse is, that we all know 5 dimes is on here reading this...They should at least get all of there customer service people on the same page and tell us the same stories. Tell us from the get go, that the money is lost somewhere and they have no idea, I'd have no problem with that. But to tell people it should be there Friday, then it should be there on Monday, now telling us people have received it already, and your money may be there in 24-48 hours, is kinda shitty. Be up front and quit giving people "hope" that their money will be to them in a few days, and just tell them they have no idea.


    end rant.

    And like I said before, I'm not expecting it anytime soon. I don't think I'll have the possibility of seeing it in 24-48 hours, like they mentioned I could.


    P.S....I'll keep playing at 5 dimes because they are one of the best books out there for U.S players. But I will only play with the money I have in there, I won't be depositing any more in the meantime, until I see some positive threads about payouts and fixing the problems.
