I request a payout from BetUS Demember 18 2008. I waited a couple of days and contact them for the status of my withdraw. First they claim that I didn't have the necessary scan of my credit card and form. I told them I sent everything in months ago. They claim they didn't have it until I told the rep then how did they pay me the last time. Then the rep take a look again and see's that I did send it in.
Now the rep says send in a scan of a different credit card i used. So I did that within 20 minutes of telling me. That was the reason they didn't go ahead and process with the payment. Atleast email me saying you need the 2nd credit card I use rather than for me waiting a couple of days.
Hours later I called up and they confirmed they got the new scan. They saying everything is fine and is being processed. So I contact them the next day and they said that cashout will be processed at January 5 , 2009. So I waited a couple of days but it was not the 5th yet and I contact them. They once again asked me for scans of the credit card, form, and id. I told the rep I sent it in. So the rep added it to my account not just sports book but poker that I sent in all the required documents.
So its January 6, 2008 I contact them again asking for the status. They once again said they can't find my documents and that why its not processed. I told them they keeping saying this and he looks into it more and says he found it and puts it in poker also. As if the other person didn't put this. He tells me to wait 5 days.
I contact them at the 10 and they said its in processing stage. They said to get back with them within 2 days on the phone. I called the the 11th and they said it will be done tomorrow. So on the 12th they said it will be shipped tomorrow. 13th everything is fine and is in the stage of being shipped out by fedex once the departement payment is open. Today on the 15th I called up and it's in security stage. He says once pass security stage it goes to proccessing and from proccessing they ship out the check. I told him that is past processing a couple of days ago. He says no it didn't and I told him that the rep said this a couple of days ago and he keeps telling me that nobody told me this. It never went to proccessing stage.
My experience with them when I first began and withdraw was fine I got my check with out all this hassle and less than a week. I would like to stick with them but I don't like this hassle and lies.
