Here's the scoop on this book, so if you make a wager more than $500 it's actually not even officially counted as an accepted wager in their system, they manually review it afterwards and can void the win at any time. The first time I wagered $800 and won they refunded me my bet, and I had to livechat in with them regarding this and they told me my wager has to be accepted by management, which they eventually did. I was put off by this, but thought that they are a legit book and wouldn't actually cheat me next time. Well, that real situation happened yesterday.
At 6:57EST I placed a $1999.99 wager into their system on the Red wings, which had a status of "awaiting". Knowing these are reviewed, I went to chat immediately to verify that the wager would be accepted. However, they waited 5 minutes until the game started and at that point told me "your wager unforunately was not accepted by our bookmakers, the game has already started." At this point, my bet showed a status of VOID and refund under the profit tab, and my account was at its original balance. The game lost, and my balance was still at its original level.
Today I checked my account, and lo and behold, whoever was in management reviewing accounts at the end of the day decided to go back and undo the void, and my wager was counted as LOST. So we all realize at this point, that if I won the wager it would never have counted because it was voided as being too late to be reviewed, and if I lost the bet someone would go back and undo the void, and grade it as a loss.
I've never had this happen to me in my entire life with any prior books, I decided to give these guys a try because of the large number of alternative lines they offer. And all they do in the end is "review your wager" after the fact, and can void a win at their discretion or even go back and void an already voided wager. I guess this part of their first rule means they can rip off their customers at any time.
