    betonline is WORST

I opened an account at BetOnline 2 weeks back after reading a recommendation from sbrforum.
Today I can tell for sure that they are FRAUD who will never pay you no matter what.
    Issues I faced:

They said that I will get 20% bonus on 1000$ deposit.
I got 200$ as bonus and I made a little money from that after that I requested a withdrawal and I was told that I have not met a rollover requirement.
I was told that I have to play for at least 7000$ to get anything from them.
I am a small time bettor and I am not sure if I will be able to play that much in months.
My advice to all small time bettors like me is to STAY AWAY from them.

On my deposit of 1000$ I was charges 1013$ on my card and when I asked what was the reason for that they were not having any explanation.
My card never charges any fees whatsoever.
I was a longtime customer of sports.com and had never got any issues with them.
Therer rollover policy is 10 Times better than these frauds.
Simple 5x rollover of bonus amount in my case it would have been only 1000$.
They pay on time without any issues whatsoever.
Just as a back up I opened this betonline account and now it looks like a dead money to me as I am sure I will never get it back from these scamster.
I know it's there policy so I am here just to educate you that if you are planning to open a new account STAY AWAY from betonline!!!

The charge on your card is an international transaction fee. They have up to a 10 time roll over as most of the industry is going to. Generally small time betters should NOT take any bonus if they want their money free and easy. As you guys have read I've had recent problems with Betonline but can't blame them for this.

Thanks Stan for a good post.

Rollover requirements are industry standard - a book can't give 20% cash bonuses for free. Without knowing details as far as your playing activity we can't speculate on proration or fees to get out early, but you can always file a sportsbook assistance form if you don't want to talk to the book directly.

I've only been with this book for a couple of months and, once I'd completed the rollover of 10x deposit + bonus, I cashed out several $k to moneybookers in a few days. Guess us non-US players are lucky to get such convenient money-moving vehicles!

Is this international fees from betonline or the CC company?
I wish I had known that I would have NEVER bothered to open an account with them.
I have been with sports.com and apart from couple of withdrawal delays had never faced any problem with them or there policies.
They give a standard 10% bonus on all deposits with no senseless rollover requirements.

    1. The extra $13 is a processor fee - it does not go to the book; it is a charge for processing the transaction by the financial institution.
    2. Don't take a bonus without knowing the hold and rollover requirements.
    3. They are not frauds. They have not stiffed anyone. They have been slow to pay some folks via some methods, and their CS has been subpar. However, I consider them a good out if you are in it for the long run.

Save the terms fraud and stiff for places that deserve it like BetEd.

U have the wrong headline, it should have been. "im the winner of the most naive better competition"
U should consider deleting this post...... you are making your self not "look so good"
im sorry for your "loss" but really, no wonder betonline have complains, when people thinks betonline trows money after them....

If people cant even read rules, i wonder how many who cant fill out a withdraw request, or do it wrong, and then blame betonline for slow payout in this forum. How can u be sure they dont pay when u havent try, look at the live payout tread, u see people getting paid all the time...
I have never been slowpaid from betonline , not my friends either....
    good luck with your rollover

Betonline pays, however the wires are consistently taking much longer then 10 business days.
If they were smart they would change the time frame on wires or not have the method.

everyone gets paid, and have u consider that its like 0,000000000000001 % that gets slowpaid,
and that small part is only wireing/checks to usa where gambling is forbidden.

Look at the level of people in this forum, someone call a bookmaker a fraud, when they have rollover on the bonus, do u really think this people can follow other rules and fill out a withdraw form without mistakes, im only saying, its not always the bookies fault.

Remember one guy trying to complain about slowpay out in pinnacle, noone belived him, after a while he admit it was his own fault, for sure it happens in betonline too.

And a lot of people have never tryed beonline, but have belives blindly in all the slowpay post in this forum. And they spread it all over , like they have been trying the bookie themselfs for years and know everything about it. But all they have done is reading post from thats maybe parts of them its a lie...... maybe something to consider...

not even close to being the worst and definitely not a fraud

do you really think that they will give you free money and not have conditions attached to the bonus ?

I can agree with most of you that I should have read the rules but I would like to educate all the people thinking to open an account with them to stay away and even if you do open do not touch the bonus.
Can someone please tell me why is sports.com so lowly rated as compared to betonline.
Seriously these are the positives which I can compare right now:
1.Dedicated page on the website where you can see bonus amount earned, spent, past bonuses everything related to that.
2.Option of fortifying the unused bonus with no Penalty whatsoever-Why can't Betonline give this option?I am ready to let go all my bonus winnings if they can let me withdraw but they just want me to play more so that they can recover back there bonus with the juice.
3.Flat 10% Bonus on every deposit with no stupid features like send an email to get bonus, know the status of bonus(rolloever@betonline.com)
This way you any way loose 2-3 days to withdraw.
3.Option of getting an email when they cancel you withdraw for any reason.I have tried withdrawing from betonline 3 times and after couple of days of no action I have to myself login to the website and check why my withdrawal is cancelled. How much time does it take to send an email saying it was cancelled?
4.I have made deposits over 25k over the past 2-3 years at sports.com/allhorseracing.com and never once got more charges than I authorized them.
Ya I know it was my mistake to open an account with them but I had opened only as a backup account and have lost 1000$ not by wagering but by making a bad decision to open an account with BETONLINE.

    Foster:

You state you are a "small time gambler" and don't know if you would play 7k in "several months, yet you deposit a dime and claim 25k in deposits to another book in 24 months.

My math tells me you've deposited a dime a month, or 250 weekly. That's a fulltime job for some.

So which is it, are you a dime player or small time? Your post give me a good indication of which is true, but would like your explanation.
